My mother has been seeing Dr. Stewart for a month or two, she has been trying to get an injection and having issues with this. Dr. Stewart overall has been fine, however his nursing staff have not. My mother has been accused of being drug seeking by the nurse and talked down to by the nursing staff/front desk staff. The pain management staff told my mother over the phone "Everyone is in pain" after crying over the phone and begging for help with the pain she has been enduring for nearly 3 months straight. I as an LPN myself, I am disgusted and appalled by the attitude from the nursing staff and how they have treated her.

BEWARE! I CAME TO THIS OFFICE WITH MAJOR BACK PAIN. I EXPLAINED TO DR. STEWART THAT I HAD BEEN ON 4 PAIN PILLS A DAY FROM ANOTHER PAIN DR. OUT OF STATE DUE TO A FALL EARLIER IN THE YEAR WHICH RESULTED IN A EMERGENCY SURGERY. THE DR., HE GAVE ME A 1/2 PAIN PILL AND GAVE ME A NEW MEDICINE CALLED NUCYNTA. WHAT A JOKE! SINCE, I'VE LEFT THE PAIN OFFICE AND FOUND ANOTHER PAIN MANAGEMENT AND A SURGEON WHO PERFORMED A LAMINECTOMY, DECOMPRESSION AND FUSION SURGERY AT CHRISTMAS. I TOLD THE DOCTOR AND THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST THAT PERFORMED MY SURGERY WHAT I WAS TAKING, THEY COULD NOT BELIEVE IT DUE TO THE PAIN AND THE SERIOUSNESS OF MY BACK. WHEN I EXPRESSED TO THIS OFFICE THAT I COULD NOT GET RELIEF FROM THE PAIN MANAGEMENT THEY WERE GIVING ME, THEY IGNORED MY CALLS NEVER RESPONDED, WAS JUST UNINTERESTED IN HELPING. I FAXED OVER MY DOCTORS REFERRAL SAYING THAT I NEEDED SURGERY ASAP, STILL NO HELP! THE FOLLOWING MONTH, I SAW DR. STEWARTS P.A., HE DID INCREASE MY PAIN MED FROM 1/2 TO 1 PAIN PILL, HOWEVER, THAT WAS NOT SUFFICIENT. I TOLD THE OFFICE THAT I HAD TAKE FOUR EXTRA PILLS, WHICH I CUT IN HALF TO GET ME THROUGH WHICH WASN'T EVEN ENOUGH! SRILL NO HELP! LATER AFTER I FOUND A SURGEON, I CALLED THE OFFICE. THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE, SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! SHE TOLD ME YOU'RE GONNA ONLY GET PAIN MEDICATION THAT WE GIVE YOU AFTER SURGERY, NOT FROM THE DOCTOR THIS IS HOW FLORIDA WORKS. CAN YOU IMAGINE AFTER HAVING MY BACK SURGERY AS I EXPRESSED AND TRUSTING THESE PEOPLE FOR MY PAIN MANAGEMENT, HECK NO! I TOLD HER THERE WAS NO WAY I WOULD EVER GO BACK TO THEIR OFFICE. SHE DIDNT CARE, SHE WAS RUDE AND NASTY! I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH THE BOARD! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Excellent pain management clinic.
Staff, super helpful, even made follow-up.
Doctor Stewart—knowledgeable seems extremely experienced, great bedside manner. Caveat… provides pain management.
Note: do not make appointment near 5:00 p.m., unless you like sitting in traffic.

Dr Stewart treated me with respect and care. I feel confident that with his help I will manage my pain with fewer opioids, which is my goal. I am very pleased with his comprehensive pain management programs, you will be happy if you choose him as your physician.

Professional and amazing staff! I had my first appointment today. Clean, quiet office. They are taking all possible measures to keep the patient and staff protected during this pandemic. Dr Stewart is caring, compassionate and very informative! Listens and interacts with the patient, while explaining everything in detail. Came up with a treatment plan the very same day I was seen and even had my first treatment before I left. I can not wait to continue my treatment plan with this wonderful practice.

Doctor Stewart and his staff are amazing. His nurses and PA (Ashley) go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and heard. The doctor is funny, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I see Ashley for the majority of my visits and her kindness and compassion are top notch. I have never had a Doctor or PA actually listen to me and HELP me like they have. I highly recommend this practice.

This a very nice place to come to the outside is always kept cleaned up and the entry way is welcoming new and existing patients. The staff are friendly and welcoming you to the facility. They’re ready to assist you with whatever your needs may be on a certain given day. Dr. Brent Stewart is very nice and professional in how he treats you. He has a great personality and a warm sense of humor that helps to lift your spirits during a day you may be feeling down. He’s done several injections for me and I can’t say that I’ve ever been upset about one of them or ever had one that didn’t work for me. Ashley, his personal assistant, does a wonderful job with checking on what is going on with you the day of your visit. She will either help the same day or have you to be rescheduled to come back in for what it may be that your having done. The nurses are very helpful and understanding to try to help however they can with a situation. I’d like to thank the doctor and his staff for all they’ve done for me.
