This place is terrible! the entire staff is rude, I have been hung up on several times (no it was not an accident) it took them 4 weeks to get an evaluation approved and they never called to update me on progress I had to call them. they never answer their phone you have to call multiple times to get ahold of someone. they kept saying bare with us we are switching office staff but all new office staff was just as equally rude. the owner is rude also. they are always running late on appointments and then release you early. the PT is very impatient and frequently got an attitude and rolled her eyes at my special needs 5 year old. i would not recommend them to anyone and will never take my child back.
