My family and I just got established as new patients with Zuwa Family Care. I am a RN, and definitely particular with who I entrust with my families’ healthcare. Everyone we encountered at Zuwa was wonderful. Ashley was amazing! She is very thorough, takes time to actually listen to the patient, and addresses any concerns/health issues right away. On the day of my appointment, my son wasn’t feeling well. When I called to schedule him an appointment, Sam told me to just bring him with me, and the amazing staff at Zuwa took great care of him. I am so grateful to finally have a wonderful provider in Maricopa that plans to stay and grow with our community. I will definitely be referring all of my patients that are searching for a primary care provider to Zuwa Family Care!

The only reason I didn't want to leave Ohio and move to AZ was the thought of leaving my amazing primary care provider. Then I found Ashley. She is kind and warm. She is never rushed and I have never waited more than a few minutes for any appointment. She shows genuine care for me and it feels more like talking to a friend than a doctor - in a great way. Sam is gentle, kind and friendly. I can't even get upset about blood draws because he is magic and it doesn't even hurt. I am so glad I found Zuwa.

I cannot express the quality of service Ashley and Sam give to their patients. I’m treated with such kindness and care. I am always nervous to see doctors but they are truly ministers of health. I am overly blessed they are here in our community! I would drive to another town to see them! A practical approach combined with medicine and common sense. A real care for the choices and needs of clients. Thank you Zuwa!!

Ashley is AMAZING! Very kind, professional, and I will continue to go to Zuwa! However, I am often waiting for 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment to meet with her. Also, the lady at the front desk (also answers the phones) is rude and condescending.

I have been a patient of Ashley and Sam’s for a couple years now. While they have had their staffing issues, I will recommend them 10/10 every single time. I have been a very complex case, always something new, always an emergency. They always get me
In right away, Sam always checks on me to see how I am doing and Ashley spends
More than ample time listening to my symptoms, examining me and running tests. Now that they have Eva and Tara in the front, things have been very smooth and consistent. I have lived in Maricopa since 2005 and have been a patient at most of the medical practices in town. I will never go to another office as long as Ashley and Sam are in town.

I called to schedule a new patient appointment for my son. But the tone of disgust the woman on the phone gave me when I said he had access was belittling.
