I absolutely agree Betsy’s review, the owner,Diana has really dirty mouth like a trash can and horrible attitude to customer. I bought few thousands $$ of smart water ionizer and had filter cleaning service within two years. I called after 1 year to check up the service but someone said to call back after two years. I called right after 2 years for service and now i have to pay for cleaning fee no longer service provide due to little bit over 2 years. The company and owner don’t care of the pandemic issue and no notice given to customers and extreme greedy. I don’t know how long she can keep her business with this way and i don’t recommend the smart water because can’t trust the one too!

After months of research about the alkaline machines, I chose to go with this company. I bought alkaline water bottles for a few years now so I figured its time to actually get the machine now. I called several well known Japanese and Korean ionizer brands and this company seemed to be the most knowledgeable about their product in general. Its been a few months now and I would recommend it. Thumbs up!

CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I kinda get why some people gave it low stars probably cuz of the expensive price and service fee...which is why you should rent like me since the machines like thousands of $$$. But as far as the quality of the alkaline ionizer....5 stars no doubt. I had really bad eczema and after like 2 months of drinking this water it got better. But if I stop drinking this water it comes back. I did my fair study about alkaline water and I have no idea why people still drink reverse osmosis water. I'm for sure telling all my friends and family that they should drink alkaline water. But don't just get any because I first bought a cheap alkaline ionizer on amazon that was almost $1000 and the ORP level was nothing close to what was advertised. I then decided to invest the money and saw that this company's product was made in korea which gave me some trust (since the one i got from amazon was made in china) Anyways long story short quality is on point and I highly recommend!

Zero star. Horrible customer service. Curious how can she stay in the business with such a bad mouth? Initially, a technician came out to see my toilet fits their bidet. A technician figures my toilet fits their bidet. Buy one bidet for $699 & get second for $1.00. Installation fee is $100 total I have to pay $866.51. I explained it to a woman that I needed to reschedule for installation of bidet. Because I am thinking of change toilet due to continue to water leak from one of the valve. These valves are available only from Canada, very inconvenient. I found this morning. I need to discuss with my handyman before I install bidet. Diana Lee gets very upset because I do not want to install bidet now. Diana wants now business. She throws at me all kinds of nasty words. Wow.. Business has not started yet, she throw dirty attitude at me. I am glad that I have not purchase anything from her. I am glad that I've found her real face before I purchase anything from her.

I've been leasing their products for years now and the technicians that came to maintenance my water purifier always got the job done. The ladies that pick up the phone are friendly too. The only downside is I have to call them when it's time to change the filter but I guess that's reasonable since every household uses different amounts of water.
