He and his staff were amazing! The first person I spoke with went above and beyond in directing me to their group's location in my geographical area and very quickly worked my daughter in as a new patient for a sick visit. I was thankful a person answered and not a recording. She ensured I had proper direction to the clinic in my area. They treated us so well, offering detailed information with second mile service. He had a stellar bedside manner with kids. His nurse was great with kids! His receptionist went above and beyond!
I am so thankful to have finally found a provider in HSV who will see children!

I have been to a few Healthy Connections here in Hot Springs but referred by a friend to the one in Hot Springs Village. I am glad I went and didn't base it off of prior experiences at the other locations. I called ahead and given an appointment the same day and was thankful. I was called back shortly after my appointment time and was seen by Zack very soon after being in the room. After going over medicine treatment and being diagnosed but waiting on test results Zack left the room. About five minutes later I get a text from my pharmacy that my scripts are being filled. A few minutes later Zack came back in with test results and no additional medications were needed. I told Zack he was very efficient with his and listened to my description of why I was here today. I was in and out in a little over one hour. I am very happy with the service I received at entry and exit at the front desk. The nurses were great they were talking to me and were funny. Thank you all staff at Healthy Connections in Hot Springs Village. I will definitely be returning for any further medical needs.

It's always very pleasant at the hwy.7 north office. The ladies, from the receptionist to the nurses are so sweet. They are always interested in your health, and well-being. Zach is always making sure he takes care of all the questions you might have. They are all so sweet.

Our whole family sees Dr. Zach. He definitely deserved his awards he recently received along with his entire staff! They all listen to your concerns and are always willing to help. If Zach doesn't know the answer, he finds it. He is caring and understanding! Definitely glad we have his team as our care provider, and highly recommend his team.

Best doctor I have ever had in my whole life. I am a 23 year old female who has been over weight my whole life. I can to see Zach in June of 2024 to help get myself together on my weight and mental health. He has been nothing shy of amazing in my eyes. He was open and receptive to my feelings and what I needed and wanted. I came in to his office at 227 lbs in June and now only two months in to being his patient am down to 191 as of today. I am so thankful for his presents and for listening to his patients. 10/10 recommend going here for the best experience you could ever imagine from a caring physician.

5 stars isn’t enough to describe the love and patience Zach and his team has!

In all of my search for primary and minor urgent care/ walk in issues I have never experienced such attention to detail to find the ROOT cause of specific health conditions. He did so by listening to everything I had to say about the issue without judgement AND provided feedback and guidance based on my beliefs and goals.

Additionally, in a recent small procedure, the team was attentive to detail, timely, and fun to be around.

Zach is a fantastic APRN, and really knows his medicine. He listens intently and clearly makes you feel as though you're the only patient in the office. Go give him a try and waiting his never to long.
