I was a happy camper when my Dr recommended me to to this walk-in clinic. Id forgotten how great they are.
I got RIGHT IN and was seen by Anne, NP,. She was knowledgeable and took time answering ALL my questions.

So folks, DON'T wait to see your regular Doc or go to ER, as long as it's NOT an Emergency or life threatening.,....
Go to the WALK IN CLINIC in the FOOTIES aka FOOTHILLS
They WILL send you to ER if necessary.

No complaints--I was seen quickly and treated well the whole time. They were able to process my prescription quickly enough I could get it even in the face of a looming holiday deadline.

Unbelievable!
My son was seen in the morning for an ear infection. I went to get the prescription for antibiotics within an hour and the doctor failed to put the appropriate information.

I called, the pharmacy themselves called as well to get it figured out, it is now 715pm and the medication was never submitted!!!! My son has an ear infection! He is 8 months and the clinic is now closed!!!!!!

The “MA” said she would put in the request for the doctor as urgent but how the heck did it not get done!!! My son is in pain

Great staff starting from everyone to the front desk to the medical assistants and providers in the back. I was in and out and they were very understanding of my situation.

AWFUL I waited 3 hours ,the doctor who assisted me was not only rude but very dismissive basically saying I made up my symptoms when I had proof and it was very evident that something isn’t right her name is Ana Marie Rivera

This was the first time I had a horrible experience at this walk in clinic. I was suffering with severe tonsillitis and he just looked in my mouth and told me “Yep, that’s mono no doubt.” My mom asked if there was a test to make sure I had mono and he said “Why? Do you not believe me? I wouldn’t want someone to stick a needle in my daughter.” It was a blood test… Not a big deal. And every time my mom asked a question he treated her like she was stupid and didn’t know why she was asking questions. He gave me medicine that did nothing and the next day I ended up having to drive to a San Diego ER for them to test me right then and there for mono, which came out negative, and be rediagnosed with tonsillitis. The doctor in San Diego finally gave me a steroid to reduce the swelling in my mouth and now I feel better! How simple was that. Physician’s assistants obviously get their degrees from a crackerjack box in Arizona.

Arrived at 8:00am when they opened. Was 5th patient there. Proceeded to check in and front desk tells me my insurance card does not have medical on it...only dental vision hearing, which I know is incorrect. I had used the same card at the hospital with no problem. She now proceeds to call for verification...20 minutes later she calls me to desk and says she can't get through for verification. So she will run it through on my medicare. I asked for my card back and proceeded to get a rep on the phone so she can verify my supplemental. Front desk tells the rep I don't have an insurance card, which was not true. All in all, not handled well at all. I finally get in to see a PA one hour and 45 minutes after I had arrived. The PA was very knowledgable and professional and took care of me. Was a very very unsettling experience.
