On my visit, the check in and the staff were both very friendly people.Made you feel comfortable. And it was a very fast, easy process with immediate results. 5 stars all around!

Dr ordered a STAT procedure under flouroscopy. Over a week later and 3 follow up phone calls it's still not scheduled! The phone system is a joke! I can't call my Dr's office directly. Have to call, they send telephone encounter to Dr's MA. This was already done TWICE. Sent for the 2nd time to scheduling, they can't schedule until get an earlier availability from Dr's MA. Viscous circle with absolutely no regard for patient care or customer service. No other options in Yuma. I'd give them a NEG 5 rating if I could.

Found out you all are open on Saturday. So I get ready thinking I can get my X-rays done. Nope only for mammograms. Make sure you all specify on the website and take down the YRMC website too. So there’s no guessing if you all are open or not!

All the staff had good eye contact, and communicated very effectively. Eddie did my CT scan. I felt safe in his care. On a scale of one to ten ten being the highest, best, I give Eddie an eleven, 11. Thank you to Eddie and all the staff.
