3 months for an appointment is crazy. And the ones you call for an appointment are super rude especially the guy with the heavy accent, they will hang up on you

They make it impossible to get benefits. 3 months for an appointment. The lady and the gentleman on the phone are not very friendly.

They are so unprofessional. I dont work at the moment and i just had a new born they were going to make me wait a whole week to get my newborns milk i had to argu with them and wait 3 days.They dont take in emergencys. When you walk in the office the ladies have no customer service always with a mad face and attitude. So dissappointed with wic of yuma. They need new trained workers

This place is Horrible. They sit there and literally do nothing. They take forever just to call somebody for their appointment. My appointment was set for 830, its 930 and we are still waiting for them to call us. This place has no sense of efficiency, the people are rude and unprofessional
