I went to see this Dr , for a vitamin drip, it was fine at first, into the stuff forgot about me in the back office, the drip took longer then what they expected I guess and they close the office and totally forgot about me , they only check on my 2 times , when the drip was done the blood stared coming out of my vain , I was totally scared and traumatized over the whole experience , I was able to pulled the needle out of my arm and call a few time for help , and I noticed no one was in the office anymore, lights were off and the building was empty, I left all the blood on the floor and go out , door was locked from the outside , I called for help again and nothing , then I left and sat in my car crying for a few hrs , I called the dr office and the answering service pick up the call and they called the Dr , she called me back blaming me for not telling for help , she didn’t take any responsibility for anything, then the next day she called me again to say she was sorry , since then I have to see a psychiatrist for the trauma I experienced that night , is was the most traumatic experience I ever had in my entire adult life

I am new in town and I called this place to get information of possible making an appointment, well I didn’t even get passed the receptionist. She flat out told me she had other calls waiting and for me to either make an appointment, which consultation is $200.00 or she didn’t have time to answer my questions. You may be a great doctor, BUT.. I will never know because of the lack of professionalism with your staff.Doctor, she doesn’t care, she still gets her pay at the end of the week. It’s you that should take these negative reviews at heart. It’s your business!!!!

My wife and I have been under Dr. Evangelista's care for about 5 years. We like the Dr. but his staff is terrible. My wife needed a follow up with a surgeon. The hospital send his office all the info and they were supposed to make an appointment for her. After waiting nearly a week she called to find out what was taking so long and she was told by the front desk to leave a message. After calling daily and trying to talk to someone for three weeks and not getting any response not one call back of any kind. We finally found a surgeon ourselves. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a medical group. We will both be finding another family Dr.

The office staff and Dr. Bert were very professional, attentive and efficient. There is absolutely a caring level of service from physician to patient that is very evident. I am very happy that I am in great care with Dr. Bert as my physician and I have a very elevated level of confidence in his skills and his consistent concern for my health and well being. Dr. Jemylene Evangilistas was kind, and seemed to be very knowledgeable, but tended to talk right over what I wanted to discuss with her. I was never sure that she even heard what I had to say. The office staff were almost too bothered to deal with the patients. Much more interested in talking with friends on the phone than is coming to the window. While office hours were open, I called time and again over the course of several hours and no one picked up the phone. I finally went to the office in person and still had to wait a long time to get to speak to anyone about the test results that I needed sent to my surgeon ASAP. I do not like to hop from doctor to doctor, but I am moving on

It can be difficult to find a good doctor that is willing to spend the time to answer any of your questions, explain in laymen's terms what the doc thinks is going on when you are ill, and helps you feel like you are not a number or just another patient. Dr. Bert is one of those doctors, and has impressed me with his knowledge. His choice for treatment when I had a medical event was the one most suggested by specialists but commonly overlooked by physicians. I highly recommend this physician, as well as those he works alongside.

Great group of Doctors, worth the wait. They give special care and sometimes scheduled visits run long. Every doctors office has the same issue of wait. Every person is different, and every person needs different amount of time. It's nearly impossible to run on a perfect schedule.

Inept and uncaring from the get go! Moved here from out of state from March 23rd to May 23rd my previous Doctors office tried dozens of times to fax my medical records to their office with no luck. Yet they were able to send them to another doctor's office who got them on the first time. Amanda Graham, PA makes a pretense of listening when in reality she isn't. I have a history of kidney and UTI infections and we she was to prescribe macrobid. My daughter picked up the RX at the pharmacy and brought it to me out past Yuma Proving Grounds only to find it was Bactrim a sulfa based antibiotic that I can't take and not macrobid. Not supposed to take NSAIDs so she refers me to a neurologist for kidney pain. If you've ever had a kidney infection and had to wait a week to be seen and another 30 plus hours for the right antibiotic you might have an idea of how much pain I am in. The neurologist doesn't have openings until August? Let's address her "bedside" manner. Appointment is at 1pm. Checked in at 12:45pm. Got into the exam room at 1:32pm, she enters the exam room at 1:47pm and immediately says "we have to make this quick I have to pick my son up at 2:15pm!"Her medical assistant gives me a print out of a summary of my appointment and 95% of the items in the summary were NOT discussed!
You are limited to only 2 items you can discuss with whoever you see in the office even as a new patient. Whoever you see first is who you are stuck seeing you cannot switch to any other PA or Doctor in the office. And oh how they love their referrals! I can't wait until my husband can transfer out of this medically screwed up town where these people are more interested in kickbacks from referrals than caring for their patients!
