I had my 3rd visit since they became my primary care provider today. The staff is very professional. I saw PA Janelle my 2nd and 3rd visit; she and her nurse are professional, kind, and proactive.
During my 3rd visit a patient, desperate for attention, in the waiting room harassed me and my service dog (harness with leash and gentle lead collar with leash.) as soon as we sat down roughly five yards away from her. She demanded that we move to the other side of the clinic; when I said we were staying put, she got up and yelled at the receptionist. Clearly the receptionist abided by federal ADA service dog laws, even if I did not hear what she said. I would have preferred that the patient be told to leave the clinic for harassing me and likely disturbing others- this is why I am only giving 4 stars. The woman, instead of choosing to sit away from me and my dog, sat back down in the same place, so clearly she was not actually afraid.

After years of abuse from Morongo Basin Medical, I am relieved to have access to this clinic. My primary care provider is fully accessible and the staff are courteous and accommodating.

My kids have been coming here for over a year and I have had nothing but good experiences at all of their appointments
The dr is amazing and so are the nurses. I have just recently changed my primary to also come here. They have been amazing with my kids and looking forward to also coming here from now on as I had nothing but bad luck and difficulty getting appointments set up with my current physician.

Dr John Batin is the absolute best. He saved my life 17 yrs ago and is so very caring and has always helped me with my chronic pain and other health issues. I will take the wait to see him , i refuse to go elsewhere. Dr John Batin is actually caring ,concerned and very understanding , about your care! Other shady drs almost killed me with meds that were making me so ill , john took me off everything and started over he have me a great quality of life with my major health problems. I love him wouldn't go anywhere else I recommend him to anyone before anyone else! He's been great with my entire family! Other drs in the basin are a joke! Waiting to see john is well worth the wait! He's extremely busy because he's the best dr around!

I came as a new patient to get a TB test done. I was told to come in at 8am to fill out new patient paperwork since my appointment was at 8:30. I came in and was told to sign in and take a seat. They never put in that I signed in so I ended up waiting 2 hours total. I had to go up to the desk and tell them they forgot about me. After I got my TB test done, I was told by the DOCTOR to come back in two days between 4-5 for the follow up to my TB test. When I came back, they were closed. I live 30min away so it was a huge inconvenience.

This is Yucca Valley we do get some real certified doctors with a lot of experience but very burned out. They are all older and ready to retire, they are beat down and tired, don't expect anything that what is necessary then they have to go back and nap. The nurses run these places not a doctor, so if you want help talk to the head nurse, the doctor is a formality. I learned this from dating a nurse.
I came in to today at this location in Yucca and the Doctor would not even look me in the eye let alone answer any questions I had. I am a white guy with blue eyes just like this doctor. I can't imagine how he treats anyone else. Actually I don't know if he has blue eyes, since he never looked me in the face.
5 stars for the nurses none for the doctor. So I give a 2?

Went here to find a new primary doctor as I just moved here recently. The doctor kept talking over me and would not let me explain what was going on with me. I went in for my back and the first thing he says is he wants to do a lung xray. Every time I tried to talk about my back he would just cut me off. Does not seem like they want to help find the issue at all.
