This place has given me the run around for MONTHS. I had to pay my friend to take me there, because the 4 times I called, received absolutely NO HELP. Went to the building, even the worker was confused because the people I spoke to on the phone put random s--- in my file, claimed they filled it out for me and when I get there, they did nothing.
I've had medical needs for months, cramps from PCOS and not able to get what I need.

Why these specific workers here don't do their job as intelligent grown adults do, like a different county I had received benefits from in recent past, god only knows.

If it wasn't for the most awesome woman alive working there, they'd get a two. Spent a lot of wasted time trying to get information about ihss provider enrollment. It was on our third trip when the most awesomely wonderful worker gave us the info we needed, and from my understanding, she didn't even actually work for the ihss profram.

Called MANY times and they claim I'll receive benefits, yet NOTHING has happened! I have been STARVING and cant keep asking friends for food! I wish I lived somewhere else, this place hates helping people who are desperate and refuse to do their job. This place needs to be investigated for how awful they are to people who need help.

The lady I just spoke to over the phone.Thought it was funny that I was doing everything I could not to starve. That doesn't give me confidence that you actually care about doing your job properly and servicing me the way I need.

I’ve been on the phone for two days for HOURS!! Still, haven’t talked to anyone, and as I’m typing this I’m still listing to the same annoying music. I hope corporate sees this bc they need more workers, Please hire me so I can do the job right 💪🏼. Wish I could give NO STARS!

When I call 749-6311 it only rings and never gets answered 😒 my snap benefits are so low $110. a month isn't enough for me to pay my bills, rent and car insurance. I really can't afford my housing needs

They took my benefits away because I "make to much" even tho they don't consider tax or anything like that. My family is struggling. Last time I'll ever come to the county for help because they simply don't care about the actual wellbeing of our families and children. They're just there to collect a pay check. It's sad and disappointing

Going to these places is never fun, but at least they have done what they can to make your stay as short and pleasant as possible. The place is never crowded and it is always clean, even the bathrooms. They have a separate play area for young children. The seating is actually comfortable and there are even outlets on the walls you can plug in to. Add to that the fact that the people who work there are actually nice and trying to be helpful and many government facilities could learn a lot here.
