The mission of this place is great but the people That work here are not a lot of staff here are disrespectful, especially to those who live in house of hope,The rules and the way things are being Run is way to strict no one needs To be treated as a patient to be examined everyday,The lady’s will hide behind the speaker and Tell you that you have to walk or sometimes open the gate so you can get dropped off but mostly they are extremely disrespectful and Get off on making it harder for you especially if you just worked 8+ hour shift and been on your feet all day,The staff thinks it’s okay to bully or talk badly about the people who live at touchstone The director and the new touchstone staff have spoken disgusting about others situation it seems they take amusement in making others life harder Touchstone has a van but if you don’t catch the director in a good mood she will say no to everything . It’s a lot of Immaturity and disrespect from These adults here that work here The room I was given at touchstone was a disgusting ruined bed my whole bathroom had mold and Maintenance took Months to fix Anything .

I think it's a good place if you have troubled children. However , my son is working on communication skills and he was recently discharged. After conversations I do want everyone to be made aware that Rob the night time staff agent took my child's pictures and went around showing everyone. And had the nerve to call him little Bill. Now I sent him there for help. But I don't play about my kids so Mr. Rob Bob. I hope you keep your job.

I am very thankful for the resources I have been provided after my previous employer terminated me. I am once again hopeful to get off my feet and get a roof of my own.

All that's really needed now is a water fountain or some sort of water cooler. It's a little unfair having to ask the staff every twenty minutes to unlock the kitchen door so I can get a glass of water.

This organization is amazing! Getting mental help or therapy through the standard system (via doctor referrals) was so difficult. The wait was 6 months to a year out!
My daughters PA recommended youth crisis center and BOOM. We were in within two weeks! Since starting, the impact her counselor has had on her life is simply short of AMAZING. Within a few short weeks, I currently have a child who is driven, respectful and managing her responsibilities much better than ever before.
Mr Ron…thank you. THANK YOU. THANK YOU!!!!! You have changed her life! ❤️
Mary Jane, thank you so much for your patience in my lack of organization and for always putting a smile on my face! God bless!!
