It had been a while sine I had had a colonic and I was a bit apprehensive. It turns out, I had nothing to worry about at Your Inner Health. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the procedure was easy. I was talked through exactly what would happen and how it would feel and also gain a wealth of knowledge about gut health and why it is so important. I did this at the beginning of a 3 week detox and scheduled a second one toward the end of the detox just to help my body expel whatever may still be hanging around in there. I can't recommend this place enough. If you are apprehensive, they will make you feel at ease.

I am so glad I went here for my first hydrotherapy experience ! I’ve been enjoying their services over 6 months now. They are open 7 days a week which makes it very easy to schedule. I love Adrianna she is my go to person for the therapy. It can be a little vulnerable however Adrianna makes it very comfortable, safe and enjoyable. I have been more intentional about my health habits thanks to colon hydrotherapy.
