We have been going to this clinic for about the last 1 to 2 years. It is so convenient, with hours 8a to 8p 7 days a week. They are kind, thoughtful, and they do a great job. You even get a follow up.Call several days later to check on your health. The prices are good compared to going to an ER. The nurse, christie is wonderful, and lilia is a great nurse practitioner. If you need care for minor things like sickness or a minor injury you should check them out.

This place is a joke. Do not waste your time. They will not complete a sports physical if you accidentally make a mistake on the form. Apparently the Doctor is incapable of assessing a human body other than taking blood pressure.

Edit to respond to the Clinic's reply: My child plays competitive soccer daily and this was communicated to the office staff. She ran into someone the day before and her knee was a little sore. I mentioned this to the staff and they said she needs to see a specialist before she is cleared. Anyone with common sense knows that athletes are in some type of pain most of the time. This office staff and the doctor are beyond incompetent. Stay away.

Our family’s go-to place when we aren’t feeling too hot. We always come here when the kids are sick, or when we feel sick. Sometimes it just ends up being something like the flu (they do offer testing), sometimes tonsillitis, or something else. This place for us is great with friendly staff, and we are always able to just walk in, unlike our primary doctor. So, it served a purpose for our healthcare needs. Now, if it is something that might require imaging then we go elsewhere where of course.

If you are looking for competent and compassionate care, this is the place to go. Very warm and accommodating reception staff and competent nursing/medical service for your healthcare needs. As a student NP, I learned a lot in this clinic. "When a facility empowers minds, it empowers the whole community."

I’ve never been to this place prior to this week but Google said they have a $100 self pay fee which is much better than the walk in by my house so I came in Monday afternoon after feeling really sick for a couple days. I explained my symptoms to the receptionists up front (chest/back/neck pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, etc) and they immediately refused to take me in and let me see a doctor, and told me to go to the ER instead. Well I went to the ER Monday afternoon and essentially wasted my entire evening and hundreds of dollars that I DO NOT have just for them to find nothing. It was weirder than it was relieving cause I spent the following day and a half in bed before coming back to THIS walk in JUST for them to finally take me in and diagnose me with strep. So thanks for denying me your service and essentially costing me hundreds of dollars that I don’t have. Maybe don’t deny patients in the future, especially when they express that they have no insurance/struggle financially.

I have been coming to this facility since it opened. The staff and Dr Brunton Cooley, as well as all the other medical professionals, have been absolutely outstanding!! Recently, I called due to some intense gut pain, and after listening to my symptoms, they directed me straight to the ER. Thank goodness as I needed an immediate appendectomy. They have never overcharged me or taken my money for services that were not legit. They are incredibly honest and upfront, which is appreciated these days. This team has put up with me throughout the years 😀 and all my health issues as well as my families too. I have them as my primary care provider too, not just for urgent care items, even when they were not on my insurance plan, it was worth it to pay a little more out of pocket so I could work with a set of practitioners that would research my symptoms when not the norm and come back with a solution that improved my overall health, not just the symptom/s. Due to their bedside manner and accurate assessment protocols, I would highly recommend giving them a try. The family first approach is so helpful, and they always put myself and my family and friends at ease. Thank you to my extended "medical" family for always giving me your best. You are truly valued and appreciated!!

Brought my daughter here today because she was not feeling well. To say this is the best medical experience we have ever received is an understatement. The ladies working here were very pleasant, efficient, and compassionate. They listened to my daughter's concerns followed up on them. It is very refreshing to go to a doctor's office and have them actually listen to you, not treat you like a number. Would definitely recommend!

My go to place! Primary (Doctor) Perfection! They check on you a day or 2 after your visit too, which is very courteous. Hours: every day till 8 pm! Amazing staff, and Doctor Brokus is great!
