As a **disheartened customer**, I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with this establishment. 🙁 Brace yourself for a tale of **woeful customer service** and **exasperating inefficiency**.

Three weeks of my life were squandered in a seemingly endless loop of phone calls. Eleven times, I dialed the dreaded number, each time hoping for a glimmer of clarity regarding the charges on my account. Alas, hope turned to despair as I navigated the labyrinthine hold music and automated prompts.

The elusive answers remained just out of reach, like a mirage in a parched desert. I pleaded, I cajoled, and I even resorted to fervent prayers—anything to break the cycle of frustration. But the abyss of silence persisted.

Finally, on the twelfth call, a human voice crackled through the receiver. My heart leaped! Could this be salvation? Alas, it was not. The representative's monotone apology echoed my own weariness. They offered no solutions, only rehearsed apologies and vague promises.

My account remained shrouded in mystery, a cryptic puzzle with missing pieces. The fees danced like mischievous sprites, taunting me from the shadows. I longed for clarity, for a simple breakdown of charges—yet it remained an unattainable dream.

Dear reader, heed my warning: **Avoid this place like a plague**. Spare yourself the anguish, the wasted hours, and the futile calls. May no soul endure such torment. 😔

This place is ridiculous. Took my two children here to get checked out for some things. We told him we were going to the store for a few to get some drinks and a little couple snacks. In the meantime, manager was really rude and told us to take our food back to the car within not even a minute of town unless she told us 20 times and didn't give us a chance to take it out. And during that time she was talking to us after she told us the first time they don't allow you to talk in there. Even though if you're not even being loud, she's really disrespectful. If they didn't really want food and drinks in there, they need to have a sign at their door or window that says new food and drinks are loud. When they told us it was allowed, I did not like The disrespect I got from one of the people who runs the place and My wife was very frustrated about the way she was talking to us in our first experience being there was not very great they claim the services would take 4 hours and she tells us that they never said that it takes only less than an hour. So I don't know what this place tries to play around, but they do not treat their customers with any type of respect it whatsoever. Most places these days would have something on their door that says new food and drinks are allowed or if certain people have allergies or anything they need to let people know that before they come to their appointment or I have something stating that this place communication with their clients or customers
