I like the Dr's. Working with staff to get correct prescriptions, to get a person on the phone without it going to voice mail. Or to get a call back the same day has been impossible.

I had my first appointment today with Dawn the physician assistant. She is outstanding! I really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. She was very attentive to my situation. Dawn even gave me a follow up call afterwards to check on me to see how I was doing. The office staff as well are very warm and friendly. They made me feel so at ease. I am so very glad I decided to make an appointment here. I have found my new primary care. I look forward to being a patient here for as long as possible.

I've been to Dr.Blakes office many times and yes ,you need to have patience because he and Dawn are concern of your well being and health and they take their time with each person .Also each person has different concerns and issues ,some people take longer than others. I sure love You and your health family care..Because your not just a number nor just a patient .Your family and a friend them.They truly care ,not like many physicians that you go in and out w/o even knowing what u have or can do cause all those doctors care is about $$ .And in my book Dr. Blakes office has been and will always be Quality care ,kindness and love for all his/her Patients. And I truly admire that. If you can't see it then you should just go to quickly clinics and doctors.

Although the Physician assistant is the primary person I get to see, this is the only positive part of this practice. I have literally phoned so many times that I lost count. The ront office staff is unprofessional and the Nurses are unresponsive. I am having to find a new physician just because they can't take the time to call in my prescription refill. Dr. Perth Blake really needs to take a deep look into his staff and their lack professionalism and lack of basic patient care.

The NP Dawn is great! The front office staff is the worst. They are so unprofessional with no compassion for the patients what so ever. The MA’s aren’t any better. I’ve left messages with no call back. They need to look for another profession because patient care isn’t it.!!

God bless them because I don't know how they do it! There is only one Dr. And his NP. ...but enough patients for 5 doctors! Even though they are packed, they give each patient the quality care and attention . They are like family to me.

I really hate to leave this review because the doctor was great to talk to and he's still my general practitioner, but the whole reason for having a general practitioner is to deal with general medical issues that don't require 911... I have swollen tonsils with pretty much no other symptoms aside from a sore throat and the inability to sleep because of the swollen tonsils causing it hard to breathe only when I sleep...
But because this meets one of the symptoms of covid He cannot see me in office and it must be a telehealth call I have another service provided by my company for that so I didn't go in but if you can't go in with any symptoms what's the point of having a general practitioner?

Otherwise per my no issue general health physical I thought he was a great doctor and this probably would have been a five-star review but don't get sick because you can't go to him!

Dawn is very concerned about her patients wellbeing. Dawn listens to your concern regarding any Health issues. Dawn wasn't satisfied until she figured out what was causing my pain or any other issues I had. I would recommend Dawn to anyone that needs a Primary Doctor. If you're impatient, this isn't a place for you.
