Elizabeth came highly recommended through a friend. I went through 8 therapists before meeting Elizabeth (don’t lose hope- there’s the right therapist out there for you somewhere!). I started with her over a year ago and I am so happy I gave her a chance. Her style of therapy is different than any other therapist I’ve been to. The assignments she gives truly help and she has helped me change my way of thinking so I can handle life better. I’ve never heard of M.E.R. Therapy until her. I invested in this 12-week program and she has helped change me in a positive way forever. I released baggage that wasn’t mine and my body & mind are finally in congruence with my higher self and purpose. My sleep is better, my loop thinking has vanished, anxiety is extremely minimal and the anger has disappeared. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Elizabeth/You First Now. Even physically- I used to have sleep issues, acne, a lot of neck pain and I’m finding I was harboring a lot of my issues in certain parts of my body, but no more! It’s truly amazing and everyone needs her/this in their life!
Also, she holds self care workshops and I meet supportive, amazing women there. I recommend checking it out! Elizabeth has built a culture that could change this world.

Elizabeth is great! She is real, not judgmental, and well studied. Elizabeth provides lots of tools to help you learn the skills necessary to be a healthy individual. Her business is in a friendly cottage near the beach so the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend!
