From a health care to another, this place is a circus. The girls taking calls are no where near professionals. They will talk over you and cut you off. Hear me out; I wanted to reschedule my mom’s appointment (unable to take her) she asked for her name and date of birth and reason to her visit (obviously I knew). In the end she proceeded to say I’m unable to reschedule it because it’s her privacy. Go back to school and refresh your memory on HIPAA subject. A simple reschedule wasn’t able to be done. Seriously go back to school.

The bald doctor with the tattoos is very unprofessional. Interrupted me multiple times as I was answering his questions only to throw rebuttals at me comparing his life to mine ? Dismissed my explanations and made it clear he didn’t want to spend time to understand the reason I’m here. I’m avoiding this location from now on. First and last time. I’m sticking w the other locations on Florence and on Wilmington. Those are exceptional doctors who actually take pride in caring for their patients.

Very attentive and thoroughly informative about my health and dental needs, from consultation when I first walked into their office and through out the process of treatment, monitoring the progress, scheduling reminders, and even help with the provision of needed medical equipment, i.e. blood pressure monitor, extra gauze if needed, medical back support and some arthritis support equipment. Even the dental care is informative and helpful with providing you the best and most convenient accommodations for your needs and expectations. I have recommended this practice to my family and friends.

Awesome clinic!, If you have medi-cal or Any type of insurance and want to schedule a check-up or a physical , this place is great!. The Staff are All professional and polite , the physicians actually care about what you are concerned about involving your body. This place gives you the tools and referrals to do the ground work on your own to solve any concerns involving your physical well being. I appreciate all the help and care I get at this office, I'm sure you will feel the same also!, Great place !

I am currently a patient at the South Gate clinic, and I've been for many years. I've noticed alot of change within Doctors and that was completely fine with me. Everyone has always been professional and have always gone above and beyond for their patients. I am writing this email because I am not content with my last visit. I was seen by Dr. Gozum, I haven't been feeling well for a couple of weeks and decided to finally come in and have my issue checked out. They gave me medication but noticed that on the second day the pain got stronger. I decided to walk in and ask the doctor for a couple of days off of work. Dr, Gozum walked in to my room and asked if I had a special occasion to attend! At first I didn't understand what he meant by that comment. Then he went ahead and said that pain for me is probably not pain for him. I was in disbelief at the comments he made. He thought I was taking my pain so I can get days off of work. I don't ever want to feel the way he made me feel. He wasn't professional nor did he show any empathy towards me as a patient. Because of this incident I don't ever want to be seen by him and I am changing doctor's. It's really a shame how one person can ruin your whole experience. Dr.Gozum is clearly not ready to become a doctor. Worst experience ever

The nurse was very rude who did my blood, she got really mad when I didn’t tell her my veins roll and told me that I need to make sure to tell who ever does my blood, Honestly I spaced on it and didn’t know as well she didn’t really help at the end of the appointment with meds I asked if I had any being sent in cause the NP told me she’d be sending them in and she was very short and said no then realized that I did and back tracked. I was also supposed to have a over the phone call to discuss things and they never called me I tried to call them and figure it out and no one picked up.

This places sucks, my wife had an appointment at 4:30, we arrives at 4:10 there was 2 patients before us and they went in right away. We waited for a while they took us in till 6, my wife and I were waiting in the room for about 20 min then the doctor comes in and asks who I was, so I told him, my wife wasn't conformable being alone but yet the doctor told me I shouldn't be there and to go out to the waiting room. Waiting time was kinda long and I felt doctor was very unprofessional and wasn't understanding
