FINALLY! a Midland clinic! The staff is so friendly and very approachable. Provider, Bridget is very thorough and explains all my issues to my understanding. So happy that Dr Ortega opened a clinic here! I will be recommending this clinic to family and friends.

Went to see Dr Ortega, instead I got Roberto Ruiz. Was put in a room facing the sun which was a little uncomfortable, even the doctor said so. Will keep looking for a family doctor.

Dr Ruiz has been my Dr. for years now, I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a Dr who actually takes your well being into consideration. 10/10 friendly fast service 🙏🏽

The Nurse Practitioner is very rude and obviously doesn’t care about her patients or their well being. She talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t listen to what I was saying at all then tried to lecture me. I will be finding a new PCP! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH DO NOT GO HERE!

My husband started to see Dr. Ortega. It has been an unpleasant experience. They do not give us any information like his A1C results unless we make an appointment. They won't give us any of our records unless we pay for them. The wait in the office it very long. The office staff is rude as well. We have decided to switch Dr.because they have all these office rules and we find the staff difficult. My husband is on testosterone and our insurance will pay for it but the office refuses to run our insurance for it because it's their "policy". They order the testosterone from somewhere in Arizona or Florida so I'm sure there is some kind of deal for him in that. I dont feel as though this is a Dr. Offce that I can trust especially with my husband being diabetic. We just switched to a new Dr.

Great service here. Love the staff. Ashley is awesome PA. Today they got me in quickly and gave me a sample and my asthma is already better today. Love the people here. Very profesional and they care for you.
