Wife works here and we had to stay for a few days due to plumbing issues and I have to say the beds are amazing, as are the rooms, the staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed, even made my son a birthday basket cause his birthday was during our stay, the kids absolutely loved the game room, and the pool was super clean! Would definitely recommend this place! Loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was cute and the rooms well maintained, up to date and comfy. We had a balcony with our own grill which we used many evenings. Staff was friendly. Our only complaint was the the charge for WiFi.

Nothing fancy, but clean. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly clerk. There was no hot water so we called the front desk and someone came quickly to fix the problem. It was a quiet property. Not much to do unless you drive. The coffee shop and restaurant were good.

We absolutely loved our visit to WorldMark Bison Ranch. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the property and rooms are very clean. ||||My only complaint was the distance from restaurants, spas, shopping, etc. Be prepared to drive if you want to do something offsite.

The resort is fun and central to the areas we wanted to visit. Staff was friendly and even gave me a signed card and gift. Only bad thing is no hot water despite repeat reports to front desk. Excuses about not wanting to make a mess...... I'm sure the units are mostly fine, but this hitch makes me wonder.

My family stayed here for a week and apon arrival we were alil nervous because the location was terrible, it was in the middle of no where. As we began to unload and see what the resort had to offer we came to find out that this place was more than accommodating on its own. They had a nice gym with everything needed. The multi purpose game room was really fun and had a lot to offer. My family and I loved that you could dress up and take photos with the Custome’s provided. We had movie night! Build a buddy! Game night and so much more! Tammy the employee at the front desk was super amazing and was so helpful and accommodating. She really made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great time and we really appreciated that! 5 starts forsure!

Nice place with Western theme, 2 bedroom is roomy, near hiking trails and canyons. Had a little trouble with reservation "downloading" to WorldMark Bison ranch - saw another review with the same issue, but was able to get a room. Room looks relatively new, clean, nice bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Beds were quite comfortable.

We loved our stay at the resort. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. The heated pool was a plus. Kids had fun at the game room areas. On site theater is an excellent option which comes with free popcorn for the family for a small renal fee. The resort is close to many places of interest (national park, lakes, hiking trails, etc.). We did not try the onsite coffee shop or the restaurant this time but the prices seemed reasonable. We definitely will come back in the future.
