Don't NEVER trust them specially any travel related insurance.
I got ASSISTO their partner in Argentina, for an international travel 2 months in back and forth and I was never able to get a refund for a sick travel cancellation. WORST ever.

We were directed here by Assist Card (the insurance company American Express Platinum uses internationally) during a trip since my dad got a clogged ear. We contacted them and got an appointment at 3.30 pm and arrived on time. After having us fill out a lot of paperwork, they made us wait for 30 minutes in the waiting area (past our appointment time). I understand sometimes the previous patient can get delayed, but just to spoil the ending of the story, the total wait time was 2.5 hours!

After inquiring again about the waiting time, they made my dad (76 years old) go inside and wait for the nurse who came in and took his blood pressure. At this point we had been there for one hour and the doctor didn't even show up. When she finally did, after 1.5 hours, she took some more vitals, gave instructions to conduct an ear cleaning procedure (basically they used a waterpik with a different tip) and went to the waiting room to sleep (I'm not even kidding, she was snoring in front of me). Another half hour passed and my dad was still waiting inside freezing in a room by himself.

Meanwhile, I was trying to talk to someone at the front desk, ringing their bell a few times while they kept ignoring me without letting me in to check on my elderly father.

When I finally woke up the doctor in the waiting room and demanded she do something, she went back inside, had the nurse conduct the procedure and we left.

All in all, we were there for almost 3 hours, mostly waiting and being ignored, on a procedure that took 10 minutes. These inefficient, inattentive and rude people shouldn't work with these prestigious insurances ever again and let alone handle people with medical needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hernandez and the staff. I started going to them because i did not have insurance and the prices were reasonable. Now my entire family has changed to Dr. Hernandez as our provider. We are very satisfied.

Went there because Assist card, Long story short, The doctor gave my cousin a medicine that caused severe allergy reaction and that medicine was disclosed that cause allergy when my cousin filled the initial paperwork. We came back and doctor said "ok, It was my mistake, I didn't read the paperwork, I'm human....I can make a mistake" After I asked why he prescribed that medicine.

This was not the end of the story but this is the most important part....

I would not recommend that clinic.

Never trust this company with your services especially if you are a (Hosp,Clinic,Doctor,Medical)

They will only use your services and make you wait FOREVER to get paid

We have been trying to reach them for quite sometime now to ask for the payment that they are responsible for

We send them reminders by emails & telephone calls and surprisingly we still haven't got paid after almost 2 years

They are a “FRAUD” and I caution everyone before accepting their Guarantee of Payment (GOP) 👎🏼👎🏼

Just did a phone call to know if they take pacients without insure and the cost for a visit, and the asnwer was you have to call tomorrow; because we are already close..... and the webpage said open till 8:00 pm; i can’t understand; i just need one simple answer. Never i will call again to this place.

I've been going to this clinic for over a year now and this is one of the best clinics I've been to. I've requested the house calls services for my mother that is fragile and the doctor came fast and treated her very good.

This is the worst insurance company. I have been trying to make them pay a bill since May 2022 and they never provide me with an answer. Now, the bill was sent to collection.
