I have tried to give this place a chance many times, and even just today they forgot to fill my prescriptions and had me waiting, again. in the past they forgot my partners pain meds after surgery, got my prescriptions wrong or just didn't fill them until i was standing right there. do not go there, just don't.

I used this pharmacy to get medications filled several times. It just wasn't convenient for me because they close at 5:30 during the week, at noon on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. I work in Birmingham and often wasn't able to go when they were open. I had to stop going at all when they stopped having my medication in stock. I had to get my medication filled with a pharmacy that had it.
I found out today that the pharmacy I've been using is closing and would not be ordering any more of the medications and the one I take isn't in stock. I called Woodstock Drugs to see if they had it. I was rudely informed that they wouldn't fill it for me because I am not a "customer" and they won't fill a controlled substance for me, also the last time I had a prescription filled there was November 2022. That's probably correct because every time I've gone to have it filled, they have been out of it. Can't get something they don't have. I eventually stopped calling and asking.
I am a government employee with a masters degree, and not some backwoods crackhead trying to get a fix. I don't appreciate these a$$holes speaking to me like that. It's rude, disrespectful and a sure fire way to make sure my family members are no longer going to be customers either. I've never heard of a pharmacy acting that way. I've shopped there a lot for OTC stuff but never again.

Have always gotten great service in the past but things seem to be different. I understand being on hold and busy but do not hang up in a customers face in the middle of the customer talking. Rude and poor customer service!
