Real people. They get to know you and call you by name. Chief pharmacist started the business decades ago. Able staff of pharmacists and others. Excellent app for requesting refills and notifying you. Not a 24/7 but emergency number gets help whenever you need it. Can't say too much. Excellence, friendliness, trustworthiness, caring attitude. First choice for me

I took in a prescription for eyedrops and it was filled with eardrops. You can't use eardrops in your eyes. When I went back (I had already gotten a new prescription and had it filled elsewhere) I received an apology and an offer to refill the original prescription. I explained I had already been to another pharmacy. The pharmacist said he was sorry I had to pay twice with no offer of my money back. If you get a prescription filled here just be sure you are getting the right prescription before you use it. Ear drops in the eyes could result in serious complications. I will never go back there.

Very kind and helpful. The pharmacist working on Saturday was able to help us fill a script that we had left at home (out of state). She called insurance and home pharmacy to get the refill done in less than an hour.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have been trying to get a prescription filled for 2 1/2 months. CVS kept taking it out of que and I had to call everyday. Walgreens and Amazon kept cancelling it. On a whim, I called Woodsprings and Tony answered. This man and his entire staff went through a 24 hr ordeal to find the rx, hold it, and helped me get the prescription reordered from my Dr because Walgreens couldn't transfer it. They updated me every step of the way. Entire staff was so friendly! Above and beyond service and I will be taking all of my rx there from now on!! Thank you for one of the best customer experiences.

They say they try to treat everyone like their own family and they really do! After struggling to get my 2 year old antibiotics she needed at other pharmacies because of a shortage, woodsprings took care of everything and worked after hours to get her RX taken care of, so she wouldn’t have to go the night without medicine for her ear infection. So refreshing and such great service

Wonderful, friendly staff. My son received his Covid-19 vaccine here. They were so sweet to him, both times. Made him feel safe and comfortable. Explained every part of the vaccine to us both. They have private vaccination rooms, very clean. After the administration we waited there for any side effects. They are busy, but move along quickly and courteously with customers. I love the small town feel of this pharmacy. They greeted every customer and you could tell they were ready to help each one. The Phizer vaccine brought us here, but I believe I will start doing my pharmacy business here! They had a wide variety of over the counter items; vitamins, ointments, and such. I did not get a chance to look at everything, but looked like a lot health care needs/items here as well. I will return, and thank to your staff. You guys are awesome!

The best pharmacy anywhere around. Tony, Charlene, Amy, & Stacey have taken care of me and my families pharmaceutical needs for over 15 years. We moved to Cave City in 2005, but kept them as our pharmacists because they stay on top of things like no other pharmacy. They are also great Christian people. It's more than just a business, because you know that they really care. Highly recommend them!
