I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care and professionalism I received over the last three months while dealing with severe left hip pain. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and demonstrated a high level of expertise.

The ladies in the office were consistently professional and provided excellent support throughout my treatment. They were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Any issues that arose were not due to their efforts, but rather external factors like insurance complications.

While insurance-related challenges occasionally caused delays, the ladies in the office handled them with patience and advocated for my care. It's important to remember that they have no control over the decisions made by insurance companies. Despite these obstacles, their dedication to patient well-being remained unwavering.

In summary, I am extremely pleased with the care I received for my hip pain. The entire team, from the front desk to the medical professionals, provided excellent service and showed genuine concern for my well-being. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of compassionate and professional medical attention.

This place was assigned to me through medical. When I needed to get a prescription, I needed to establish care. This was a month long wait for an appointment. A week before my appointment, they called me blaming a call center that I wasn't scheduled for a permanent practicing doctor at their estbalishment and tried to reschedule; please note i called their number directly multiple times learning their process and was even called back by different people. The next appointment was another month out. They also kept trying to push lab work done for no reason, probably for a quick bill. Considering their size and place of operations, it does not make sense why it would take over a month wait for a phone interview.

The only reason I still go here is because of my OB Doctor, he performed a great delivery for me even though we just met two weeks before I was due. I changed my newborn daughters pediatrician immediately so she wouldn't have to attend. The wait can be extremely long at times, I had an appointment at 3:15, and wasn't seen until 5:50. The representatives you speak to over the phone usually never know much other than to schedule an appointment. I called to ask questions two times before: the first she told me she didn't know and if I wanted to I can go to the ER instead and second time another rep really couldnt answer my questions so she got mad, canceled my appointment and hung up. So I think two stars is pretty generous

The Woodbridge Medical Group is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. Their check-in system is extremely unorganized; they do not notify patients when they have cancelled an appointment nor do they notify patients of key things such as the need for documentation prior to an appointment. After we had made two separate trips to the clinic in one day, they notified us of all of the additional paperwork that they needed prior to our appointment. Additionally, one of the receptionists was very disrespectful and did not know how to properly and professionally explain the clinic's unnecessary pre-requisites. I have never been treated so rudely by any entity and it saddens me that a clinic that is supposed to be empathetic in helping a variety of individuals acts in this way. I strongly suggest that nobody should ever come here for their medical needs unless the clinic trains its employees properly.

Very good clinic we have gone here always except for when we know its a little more than a clinic visit then we go to urgent care. I wont say anything bad because i'm no so incompetent like other people writing reviews just because they don't answer the phone or because they take long to help you or because they cant book an appointment that if you knew you needed should have booked in advance and not the day before. Thank you for your great service. And maybe next time those people complaining should actually give feedback to them for improvement.

This clinic seems to be more concerned about lining their pockets by pushing antidepressants than providing any actual medical care. Ive been going here for years and have yet to have 1 productive appointment. DR SHELBY was the worst. She had no help or advice and neglected to order the blood work she said she would. This place is terrible.

It was good at first, though once you ask them to fill out paperwork, you start to see how unprofessional and unorganized the facility is. It was one form I had faxed over and it took me two weeks just to find out if they've received it. I brought in another copy, and the front desk lady just grabbed for it, I hesitate and pull it back before she can grab it. Then all of a sudden, she got so offended and refused to help me. I was on the verge of tears and practically begging for help, and she refused to hear me out. They take advantage of the fact that they serve a lower income bracket. You're met with nurse practitioners who kind of know what they're talking about. You hardly feel human there though you have no choice because it's all you can afford and they know it. So if you can afford it, if you do have private insurance. Please, don't waste your time going there. Find a real doctor.
