The team at SFGH Women's Options Center are second to none. From every step of care they are incredible and I especially appreciate the calm pacing of appointments, how carefully everything was explained to me at every stage, and the onsite counselors are truly gems. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful visit very easy and smooth. I cannot recommend this office and the team highly enough.

Amazing place with hardworking staff who are made of compassion. Every moment I was there they did their best to make sure I was comfortable, made sure I had a long time to speak with a counselor, never once made me feel judged, and went above and beyond accommodating specific needs I have.

I visited twice, because the first time I wasn't ready and got cold feet at the last minute. They told me to come back when I was ready and that it was ok I couldn't do it that day. When I came back a month later, they remembered me, the counsellor remembered so much about my story and was happy to see I found peace in my decision. I got through my procedure thanks to every single caring staff who worked with me, and my discomfort was greatly minimized.

I would highly recommend this place to any woman whose had to make the difficult decision to do this procedure. This team will make a sad and difficult day feel alright.

Even though this was one of the saddest days of my life they were great. Everyone was amazing very positive. You can totally tell that all these women love there job. There are no words to express the gratitude i have for these people for making my experience the best it could be. Thank you to the entire team from the bottom of my heart.

I never and I mean ever write reviews but I have to say something. The care started good and with great people. Now toward the end of my pregnancy it's really bad. No one knows what's going on with me. I see different people all the time and all of them give misinformation. I want my schedule my surgery ( C-section) at 38 week but they refusing todo so. Isn't the baby supposed to come two weeks before or two weeks after? Anyways, I asked for a Friday or Monday but they set up for a Tuesday without talking to me or asking. I felt annoyed, disrespected, and most of I felt like I didn't have control of my care. I tried messaging the clinic or the doctors through my chart and I can't do it. I wanted to let them know how upset I am directly. They do not have an email for patience communicate with the staff at all. If I knew this is how I was going to be I would change cared provider ASAP. Having a baby is important life changing decision and all patience should be heard and feel included in all the decision at all times. If you are expecting mom and you want consistency and clear information this is not the hospital to go to. I feel bad for writing this review but the last few week have been exhausting mentality.
