Okay, so I’ve been going here since 2015. Up until just recent years I hadn’t issues with this clinic. Every time I go in they offer STI and pregnancy testing and I always accept for peace of mind. Late 2021, I went in for irregular bleeding they recommended birth control.. I ended up giving birth a few months later. I had a cryptic pregnancy & knew nothing about it until I went into labor. At the appointment they do the pregnancy testing right in front of you with your sample but even though I had requested they didn’t follow through. Blessed I didn’t end up taking the birth control because I had never had this issue before (unless I was on BC but wasn’t at the time.) Fast forward to early 2024, I had UTI symptoms so they prescribed me medication. This visit, just like every other, I also requested testing. One of the tests came back so I went and got a second “more thorough” opinion/testing done and it wasn’t at all what this clinic advised. I really hate that I had to write this because this clinic is super helpful and a good resource for the community but just too many inconsistencies is what’s troubling.

Ive been to plenty of clinics including planned parenthood, and the warmth, tenderness, and compassion the staff at Women’s Health is incomparable. They handled my situation and care with so much empathy and tact. Their advocates (“support person” they offer you) are incredibly kind and gentle. It is a warm, comfortable environment as well as clean, professional, and efficient. If you are looking for a place to feel seen, cared for, and heard, this is where to go.

The Chico clinic has been very kind and super helpful. After going to regular doctors and not getting any answers about what’s wrong with me. They have been super helpful and very kind and have done everything they can within their power to help me.

Edit: they’ve taken so many biopsies it's ridiculous. They STILL, after 3 months have not one clue what’s wrong with me. Not one clue and I’ve been on my cycle for 4 months straight in the meantime. While the staff has been kind and amazing, the medical side is absolutely ridiculous to deal with. If you need contraceptives and birth control, they can probably do that very very well.

Edit: I have been here for 3 hours. It is one and a half hours after they have closed… my appointment was at 3:30.
I still haven’t even seen my doctor. Still sitting in the waiting room.

The most wonderful staff and nurses i've ever met. They were so kind, so welcoming, not judgmental at all. Nurse Erin was amazing, Marissa too. The Doctor was very professional. Best clinic i have ever visited. Would give more stars if i could ♥️ -A.R

They came through for me, I had a certain situation occur with the nurse there, but they more than made up for that incident!! They truly delivered, even when one of their staff was horrible as mentioned, they helped me in the best possible way, a true healing occurred with the traveling doctor!

I would recommend them highly!!

I really 100% support the cause and have been using their services for years but, just like almost everyone else has said, the wait times are insane. I always have to make sure I set aside at least two hours (I'm here now and have been waiting an hour and a half so far). One of the nurses talks forrreevvvver, the others are friendly and sweet, I have experienced the foul-mouthed doctor before. I'm glad they're here to help people but they seriously need to improve their system.

The staff members were great! The nurse I had was very polite and answered all my questions. The doctor I had was also amazing! She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Traumatizing, felt like they kicked me out while I was still crying after an IUD and D&C they made me feel so uncomfortable like they didn’t care about my feelings at all.
2 years after getting the IUD and I am scared of when it has to come out.
