2 years as a patient.
The answer 1/10 phone calls and don’t return voicemails. Expect to carve out a week of your time to simply make an appointment.

Came in for an issue, Karen Harris did a procedure without fully explaining to me, she was rude and bulldozed the poor student helping. She wouldn’t take the time to explain just wanted a yes or no.
My husband tried to advocate for me at that appointment and Harris told him to shut up that she’s speaking with me.
Procedure failed 24 hours later and I was stuck with the bill. That procedure was NOT what my complaint was about.
I returned to address the original issue and was given an urology referral by Mohamed Foda. She missed it because she wouldn’t listen to me.

On another issue, Erich Wyckoff gave me a half hearted exam and then told me I wasn’t feeling what I was feeling. That I am ā€œunableā€ to physically feel myself. I pushed for tests and for another look. He dodged every request and showed me the door. I returned and Mohamed Foda was able to clearly see the problem. Foda is the only doctor worthy in my opinion at this clinic.

I do wish to continue help with Foda but I will be going else whereas the majority of the doctors are gaslighters and the reception staff is of no help. They have wasted enough of my time and money.

Dr. Stewart did a phenomenal job, expressed excellent bedside manner and thoroughly explained why I needed to be there. Most of my recent experiences with physicians have been impersonal and borderline rude, Dr. Stewart seemed like he actually cared about his patients and profession. Highly recommend

Over 10 phone calls made and 4 voicemails left in the past month. Not one call-back from the group. If you are considering going here, I would seriously recommend that you read all of the reviews here and then seek care elsewhere.

There is clearly has either an operations or a staffing issue, neither of which should be passed on to the patient nor directly affect their care.

Per one of their own doctors, they "apparently can't hire anyone who can answer a phone."

*Update:

Assured by office staff (not naming names out of respect) that our secondary insurance was billed. When pulling up the bill breakdown on the payment portal, it surely says there is no secondary payer on file. At this point, I have left 4 voicemails (2/13, 2/14, 2/18, 2/19) to tell them I want to provide the secondary insurance ID with ZERO calls back.

This week, we received a bill stating we were going to be sent to collections if we didn't pay.

Since I can't get a callback or an answer, I hope the owner sees this review to ensure I receive a callback.

This balance will not be paid until I have proof that secondary insurance was billed.

Seems like we're flirting with a No Surprises Act violation.

Several months ago I trusted this practice to see my 19yo college student for urinary problems.Apparently, due to poor communication between scheduling and ultrasound tech they worked her up as a pregnant patient , the ultrasound tech failed to verify this information and proceeded with a vaginal ultrasound on a sexually naive teenager. It was only after the ultrasound tech ,Tina Hathcock, couldn’t ā€œsee anythingā€ that she asked my daughter if she ā€œwas sure she was pregnantā€ and then later tried to joke with my daughter by saying she thought the older man sitting next to my daughter in the waiting room was her ā€œsugar daddy.ā€ I was horrified by this and encouraged my daughter to tell the manager of her negative experience which she did. I wanted to file a complaint with the state medical board but my daughter wanted to put the experience behind her.

For as long as I’ve know i have always had an issue with this place! Decided to give them ANOTHER chance because i was referred by all about women since they aren’t doing OB anymore! Am about 10 weeks pregnant, 35 and high risk due to an incompetent cervix, called to schedule an appointment took them 2 days to call and schedule me a month out.i show up to my appointment which i had marked down at 9:30am the lady at the front desk with the horrible self tan asked for my name i told her my name and she immediately gave me an attitude and said your appointment was at 9am and your here at 9:30 plus you were supposed to be here 15 min earlier to register. I showed her the email where it said 9:30 and she continued on about how the person who called me to schedule me advised me of my appointments. which in fact she didn’t, i proceeded to ask her if i was going to be seen and she said i needed to be rescheduled, I waited a month in a half for this appointment to then be rescheduled for how much longer? I was upset and left because there’s always an issue with this office, i refuse to put my pregnancy at a higher risk because people don’t like their job or what they do! I’ve never had a pleasant visit here! Ladies do you research and read reviews! How you get treated at the beginning is most likely how your going to get treated the remaining of the time!!

I don't recommend seeing Dr. Kemble. My wife went there for her endometriosis, and she was nice, but she recommended getting a hysterectomy at 30 years old as an option without talking at all about the lifelong negative effects of that or getting to know about my wife wanting to have a baby. Fortunately, my wife knew enough to know treating endo doesn't require such extreme measures, but with how flippantly it was thrown out as an option, I'm sure many women dealing with the intense pain of endo would be drawn to anything that might bring relief without recognizing how it could lead to tons of other negative consequences and irreversible changes. She did mention birth control (also lots of negative side effects but not with lifelong irreversible damage) and endo excision surgery (a great recommendation), but posing a hysterectomy as an option to a 30-year-old as though it's just a normal treatment option (endo specialists do not push for this) is dangerous. Maybe she would have share more of the risks if my wife had said she wanted to do that, but she didn't seem like she listened to get to know my wife's values when consulting about something so significant.
Dr. Kemble, if you see this, please don't encourage hysterectomies for things that can be treated in much less extreme ways that don't lead to so many long-term consequences and the loss of the ability to ever bear a child. Not without very clearly talking about all of these consequences and how there are better options with far fewer negative consequences.

I've had all three of my babies here, along with prenatal care. I highly recommend Jane Houston and calling to schedule, using the app to request appointments gets confusing.

My first time coming here was great but my most recent visit was terrible the doctor and his attending did not want to do a genital swab as I requested and they kept trying to give me excuses as why I didn’t need it. They made me felt ashamed to be there and did not show any understanding or compassion for the patient. I do not think I will be coming here anymore
