The technician I had for my ultrasound was wonderful.

But the lead nurse or whatever position she is, was rude. She made a snide comment when I brought someone to accompany me during my ultrasound. My friend was told, "You can't come back, this isn't a girl's get together."

I felt this comment was snarky and completely unnecessary. She could've simply said, "Your friend is not allowed back". Instead she opted for a rude comment and laughed.

Also, I was told previously that I was allowed to have someone accompany me during the ultrasound. Due to there being no radiation is present.

I've been here many times and depending on your luck, day of the week, and how the staff is feeling you may get acceptable service or it may be horrible where you are treated as an annoyance that is interrupting their day. The inconsistency made me come here longer than I should have thinking people were just having a bad day but I'm done dealing with being treated like I'm a child who is bothering them when I'm just trying to take care of my health.
If you do decide to go don't go in the afternoon or they will rush you through and probably shut down the office while pushing you out the door so they can leave the office early.

At this particular time I wasn't a patient, I was overseeing a detainee, but I'd like to share my interactions with this Amazing Outstanding Nurse.. When I tell you this particular Nurse is passionate about her craft and cares for her patients like they are her next of Ken. Her name was Nurse CORDELLA, Ms. Cordella was very attentive, Informative, kind and polite! Everytime she entered the room it was like a breath of fresh air. She work diligently throughout the day. It was times I seen her dumping the trash and also serving the food to which I know is going well over her job description. Nurse Cordella deserves some recognition for all her hard work and dedication. It's Nurses like Ms.Cordella that makes me feel warm inside. In the event I'd ever get hospitalized, I'd make a special request to have Nurse Cordella by my side. 🥰
