I am not one to write a review but I had an incredible experience at this Wisconsin Vision location. I booked a same day appointment online for a a telehealth vision exam and the process was fast, easy, and I was done with a new pair of glasses ordered in under an hour. The staff, especially the store manager were helpful and friendly and I will be going back with a family member to purchase new frames. Location is large, selection of frames is vast. Glad I drove the extra few minutes to this location over the one that was closest to me.

I absolutely love this place, I’ve bought so many pairs of glasses, and I have never been disappointed, not even once. And today was no exception, I brought two pairs of my designer glasses to be adjusted and one pair was even pretty mangled Jenni What’s fabulous. I’m just so excited to let everybody know that they need to go to Wisconsin vision at the corners of Brookfield, ask for Jenni!

I was referred to the Brookfield location by a coworker who actually had a very pleasant experience there. I did not have the same experience. I walked into the store after driving almost 40 minutes away only to get through a very congested highway with lots of construction and construction happening in the corners to be immediately turned away without being properly greeted. I walked towards the desk and was told to give them a second, another young lady turned around and asked what did I need, I told her that I had an appointment. As soon as I said that, another young lady who was coming down the hall (with a face piercing) said to me that I would have to reschedule because I was 17 minutes into my appointment and that they were booked today. I took a long sigh because I had literally ran through the corners to find the store. She didn’t ask any questions but immediately said that all appointments take 1 hour and told me that I would have to reschedule. I found that to be very impersonal as I worked all week planning a friend’s funeral, spent the last week prior visiting her in hospice. People really lack sensitivity and compassion for others! I only wear readers and was eager to get an eye exam only to be faced with a very unpleasant experience. I told her that I would not want to reschedule and in fact that I would never return to that location again! I didn’t feel comfortable being in that space. My hope is that people learn to treat others how they would like to be treated!

I would give 10 stars but only see 5 stars! Courtney was very professional and helpful! Dr. Alcesto was professional and thorough explaining my vision results. I highly recommend the new Wisconsin Vision location at The Corners! Great selection to make you look SPECtacular!

Courtney was so helpful when we were in a pinch! We brought my 13 year from Michigan to Wisconsin to play soccer and she left her contacts at home. We found Wisconsin Vision online and ran in to see if we could get a pair of contacts so my daughter could see to play. Courtney gave us samples to get her through the weekend! I can’t say enough about how thankful we are and what great customer service this was. Thank you Courtney!!!

I enjoyed my experience at Wisconsin Vision twice now! I came in December of 2024 and looked at a couple of pairs of glasses but couldn’t decide. When I arrived today, the representative (Vae) instantly recognized me and remembered what frames I was specifically looking at before! That was impressive! She was very knowledgeable and helped me find a very unique frame! I will be back! Customer service was on point!
