Dr. Serrano was very good at listening to my concerns and questions. He addressed each one and provided feedback. He was timely in coming in, and very kind. I felt very well taken care of. His staff was excellent as well. I was called in to the examining room before the time of my scheduled appointment, and was finished within 20 minutes.
