Patients and their families appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the visible presence of the staff. The facility care team is known for addressing patients' medical needs and involving family members in the care process. Many patients have reported significant improvements in their health within a short period of staying.

One satisfied patient's mom stated, "Faculty is always clean. Staff is always visible and attending to patient care. My mom was admitted and the facility care team arranged a meeting with me immediately. They addressed my mom’s medical needs and ask me what specific concerns I had for her care. My mom’s health improved significantly within a week. I’m so glad my mom is there."

I am extremely dissatisfaction with the behavior of Heather, the HR manager at your company. I have been trying to resolve an issue that requires her to do her job, but she has been consistently unhelpful and rude. Despite sending multiple emails and providing all the necessary information, Heather has refused to assist me. She even went as far as to lie to me, telling me to complete a document and sign it in order to gain access to ADP for my W2. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I called to address the issue, Heather's attitude was incredibly nasty. She was dismissive and unhelpful, and when I asked for contact information for someone else who could assist me, she hung up on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I expect better treatment from your employees, especially someone in a position of authority like Heather. If she is unable to do her job properly and treat clients with respect, then perhaps she should not be working at Winkler Court. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.

Thank you does not begin to express my sincere appreciation for the care you showed my husband during his stay at Winkler court. The culture we witnessed from your entire staff was nurturing with a personalized level of attention that is so needed during what is likely the most challenging and uncertain days of a persons life. In what may be a thankless role at times you can be assured that our family will always be grateful for the comfort you provided my husband and the peace of mind you afforded our family while he was under your watch. Thank you for your time and patience.

God bless,

Florence

Mary the weekend supervisor really went above and beyond for my grandmother. She listened to our concerns and moved my grandmother to a more appropriate room. We are blessed to have her over seeing our loved one. Thank you sooo much Mary, truly a gift from the Lord

Unfortunately, my great aunt live in FL and the rest of our family is in a different state. So when she fell and broke her back, we went by the word of the hospital and trusted their judgment on rehab placement. She wound up here, at Winkler Court. To say I was unsatisfied is an understatement. She was left in bed most the day, never checked on (I know for a fact because I spent four days with her where I was there 5-6 hours and had to personally go FIND someone and all staff had an attitude). She has dementia so she doesn’t know to use the call light. Many times we would show up and she would be in the same clothes she had on the day before, so family and I ended up helping her use the restroom and change on many occasions. The room and sheets were always dirty. They said they lost her laundry, so they did purchase her new pants but her laundry was actually in a garbage bag in the bottom of the closet. Every time we had a concern, the DON or Admin. Would come in and sweet talk us and tell us things would change, and unfortunately they never did. She didn’t receive a shower in her stay, her sheets were never changed, and if we did not come from out of state to visit her, she would never have gotten the care she needed. When she left, she was lethargic, not eating, hallucinating, weak, and so sick. Three days later at a different place and she was alert, eating, stronger, and in such better spirits. The ONLY reason this place gets a 02/05 is because some of the staff did try.

My parent was there for total of 3 hours. Her room was disgusting, from the floor to the furniture. Floor was dirty and wasn’t cleaned. Sticky when walking through. The night stand drawers were falling apart. Couldn’t open them because the face was falling off. The previous tenants thing were still there. We came back a couple hours later and she was eating dinner. Dinner was a half sandwich and stewed tomatoes. We took her out of that place.
