I love the fact that you can always get a hold of someone at the office through text. The staff is always wonderful and very caring along with friendly. The experience with the front attendant and the office was always difficult. First communication with insurance. Another time I had some visa documents to fill. I sent it before to make sure that they would fill it, again terrible experience. Today another bad experience with appointment confusion. The worst part: they don’t recognize they make mistakes! I’m sad for the physicians, they are great but they are losing patients because of the office!
