Cowardly dismissed a patient who is a healthcare worker, who just experienced an unprecedented year of obstacles and disappointment professionally and personally, for rescheduling several appointments ~ when in actuality this patient should have been given resources and referral to a mental health care provider. Instead of listening and offering CARE, this providers staff became another disappointment for this young patient. Disgraceful!! They don’t care!! Let’s see if patient advocacy cares.
