From the front desk to the back office personnel, they are outstanding. The PA Tiffany is excellent and had an incredible bedside manner and is very encouraging. I feel like I am treated very well and cared for at this office.

Dr Will is Great but the staff, I have real doubts. Talked to a lady on the phone who said they would call in my mom's prescription (10am)... this is the 2nd time I took them for their word and no prescription sent. So my mother suffered all night with none of us getting sleep cause I was up helping her breathe. Unacceptable for the front office staff. Especially after they said if there was an issue they would call me back.
This will be a matter dealt with today with Dr Will not the staff and Desert Oasis.

I have only ever had positive experiences with this office and am very happy with Dr. Will. Their front and back-end staff do a good job communicating and keeping me updated on test results, upcoming visits, referrals, etc. I feel that I am in good hands with the Will Family Medical Team.

I do agree with some of the other reviewers that Physician Assistant staff turnover is an issue at this office, but I don't think it's isolated to this particular office. I think there's a Valley-wide and nationwide issue sourcing and retaining MD's/Family Doctors(PCP's) as well as Physician Assistants.

With that said, I do like this office. I do like having Dr. Will as my physician and I definitely recommend them.

What kind of doctors office has 0 tolerance. What is that. If someone is sick and this doctors office is constantly messing up everything pertaining to an appointment and you mention these screw ups. Of course they don’t like that. The waiting room manager should grow a heart, if that’s possible. I wouldn’t go to them ever again. I have 0 tolerance for them. The fact that their rating is 3.8 says something. There are so many 5.0 stars out there. Don’t bother with this group. I need a down arrow!

I cannot say enough positive things about this practice! First of all, when you walk into the lobby it's clean, smells great, and the little artful touches to the decor make all the difference. I've been to a lot of doctors offices and they typically are either falling apart, or the medical staff is bordering on rude. The staff that work here go above and beyond to ensure that I feel taken care of, my questions are answered, and I know what my clear next steps are for my health. This is the type of practice that once you are seen here as a patient, they become part of your family and you never leave. In this day and age, it's almost impossible to find healthcare practitioners that go that extra mile to make you feel human, and the practitioners and staff at this facility have not lost that art!

Definitely will be looking for a new primary dr. I’ve been with them for over 7 years now and lately this place has become a dump. I have had 3 different drs within the last year. Dr’s seems to come and go a lot there and now it makes sense. My new provider is Dr Monte’s, and she did not help me what so ever didn’t care to even try I asked for a panel of blood work and she said I will need to see a specialist as this is out of her practice when I called to setup with The specialist they said they will not be able to get me in for a few months and my primary is the one that should be giving me Lab work any other scanning I need prior to getting in and she didn’t even take her time to be considerate and do so. Very very rude attitude stuck up and definitely should spend a little more time with patients and be concerned about there health issues and do everything she can to help. I feel as if these people don’t like what they do or don’t want to be around sick/health issue people they need to find a different field to work in bc of my gosh this was a very unprofessional visit and I will never come back thanks to her.

If I could give this office zero stars I would. The medical office and the urgent care does NOT have the patients health as a priority.
I was attending doctor and urgent care visits with someone I care about.
Dr Will maybe would give them 10 minutes each visit. Would not listen to concerns. Seemed to just hand out prescriptions to pacify.
With this office you have to do your own research.
Since changed doctors, had approximately 10 medications removed from my list. Being sent to proper referrals.
Be careful !!!! They only care about there pockets
