My baby girl got fixed and had her stomach pinned here. They definitely know what they are doing. It was a good experience from the moment we walked through the doors. I was impressed that they called numerous times to let us know how she was. The level of professionalism and courtesy are unmatched

I cannot say enough good things about this ER. Dr. Nichols is well educated, well spoken, and truly cares about her patients. My dog had to be admitted, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with them even though I have not spent much time without him in his life. Savannah (vet student) and Dr. Nichols comforted me in what I believe will be one of the worst times of my life. While unfortunately my dog got a terminal diagnosis, I was not confused in the process of getting this diagnosis- or with what life would look like for us with any of my options for him. I am at peace with the situation and I truly believe it is all because of them. I will be sending everyone that I know their way.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this place. We unfortunately ended up with a Lymphoma diagnosis, but the oncology team was outstanding. Dr. Zoe Williams was absolutely amazing throughout our baby’s chemo treatments. Although Cooper didn’t make it very long after starting his treatments, I will always be so thankful for the team at the hospital. They were able to give a little more time with us, and we more than appreciated that time. Cooper passed away two weeks ago, and we received a lovely card from the staff as well as a paw print. It was completely unexpected, but heartwarming. A millions times, thank you Bailey Small Animal Hospital for all you did for our family ?

The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the nice Vet that ended up putting my dog done. My dog was at our local vet being hospitalized and we were told to take him to auburn emergency hospital because they didn’t feel comfortable with him being there alone during the night. My dog was weak so he couldn’t walk but he was alert when we got there. They took him straight back and said they would analyze him. After two hours, a student came out to get “information” (we had already filled out ppw with all of this info. He asked if my dog was a male or female so I asked if he has seen my dog yet and he replied with “Nope. I don’t even know what your dog looks like” he was so insensitive. Another two hours go by and we finally talk to the vet and he said that they would need to run more tests before they could tell what was wrong with him and we needed to pay a $1000 before they touched him, of course I did so because I desperately wanted them to help my dog. At 4:00 am, they said they were going to keep him overnight and run these tests and they would call the next day. At 10 am the same morning, we got a call from them saying we need to come straight there, once we got there I was told that all of his organs were shutting down and he can no longer breathe on his own and we needed to make a decision. Of course I didn’t want him to suffer so I decided to get him put down, when I was finally able to see my dog, they had a cannula STAPLED into my dogs snout, all the way up to his ears, he had blood gushing out of his nose and mouth. It was absolutely traumatizing, this was the last time I saw my baby boy. He went in alert and 12 hours later he was dead with no answers. They killed my dog. I can’t help but to think that as a teaching hospital, they experimented on my baby. I have no idea what they did to my poor baby in that 12 hours and it makes me physically sick. If you want your pets life to be saved, avoid this hospital.

Caring, knowledgeable Dr.s and staff. This place is SO clean also. Pricing was very fair for procedures a need plan of action. My dog was diagnosed with cancer and I got her in as quickness i could, for assessment. Spent the day here and got all her tests and radiology done. So much compassion from the doc. I highly highly recommend this hospital.

Best Clinic and Hospital to take any kind of Pet you have. They have every kind of specialty you pet may need in one place, and they work together in a single appointment. They will invite you to a room at Treat you pets needs right in front of you. They call to see how they are doing the day after. They call the day before to verify what your needs or concerns are. They also have an emergency room that open 24 hours a day. I love this clinic. My Gemma is definitely healthier coming here. I highly recommend it!!
