Terrible! The workers here are extremely rude and acted annoyed that they have to assist you. I showed up for my appointment just for them to tell me we can’t see you today you have to come back tomorrow. I drove 40min to get here just for them to tell me they don’t have time to see me! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

The people who work here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait when it is busy, but there are plenty of reading materials and it typically goes by pretty quickly. If you have a few different steps to do it takes a bit longer. Bringing all the things you need with you speeds it up a bit. Their classes have been very helpful and their staff supportive. As a new mom I found the program to be a great resource when pregnant and postpartum.

The first time I came to this office the lady was so sweet my baby was a newborn during Covid and she made the experience feel safe for us. The next time I went whoever was on the phone was rude. Extremely rude. They put an appointment on my app clear as day but she was adamant about “we don’t make appointments” and when they add benefits on my card is completely different then what my paperwork states. So I just got my new baby out during Covid because of inaccuracy and failure to provide actual customer service skills.

First timer here and we had a great experience. Staff was very friendly. They go by walking mon-fri I believe and we were in and out in about an hour.
