FIVE STARS!!! I cannot recommend Whitsyms In-Home Care enough! They provided in-home care seven days a week for my 86 year-old father at Shellpoint Retirement Community. Ben is amazing to work with and has a strong sense of what makes an exceptional caregiver, and he makes sure he finds the right match for his clients. From the minute I called him, he put my mind at ease and found the PERFECT caregivers right away for my Dad. Rossi and Yuni were the BEST caregivers I could have asked for. They exceeded my expectations in every way. They were both incredibly caring, dependable, professional and utterly kind. I truly believe we never would have made it through my father’s last year of life without them. When we decided that my mom will need some in-home care, the first phone call I made was to Whitsyms! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had amazing care from Whitsyms staff member Milena Rosales. She cared for my mother and father for about 2 years. Melina had a great relationship with both our parents. She has a wonderfully positive and cheerful way of caring. Her kindness has no bounds. Melina went above and beyond for our father during his last 6 months. Her communication was terrific, we received updates daily. Melina cared for him like her own family. We were truly blessed to have Melina caring for him!

Excellent service! We called them to arrange overnight help for our father who was in hospice and Ben was able to provide us service on the same day. We had Alberta and Natasha and they were both so loving and caring! They provided much-needed comfort so that we could sleep there during his last few nights in peace, knowing that he was being well taken care of.

We can’t say enough good things about Whitsyms In-Home Care and Ben who helped us navigate through the system to get everything in place to get our mom the best care possible. The caregivers were friendly and very caring, one of them could not speak English very well but she had the warmest smile and Mom was very comfortable with her. If for any reason there is someone who is not a good fit, just call Ben or the office and they will work with you to get the right match. We highly recommend them.

Whitsyms has been nothing less than a wonderful company to work with! They came highly recommended and have not disappointed. Ben and all of the caregivers have been great. We have an aide come in 3 afternoons a week for my 91 y/o mother who is wheelchair bound, so that my husband and I can get out and run errands, exercise, and spend some time together. It has worked out nicely for us and it has greatly helped us with the stress of being full-time caregivers ourselves. Ben has been very flexible and super helpful with scheduling. I would definitely recommend Whitsyms!

Milena (Millie) Rosales took excellent care of my dad and cared for him like family. She was knowledgeable, stayed on top of everything, and communicated well. She was very in tune with what the patient needed and wanted. Millie is an outstanding caregiver and her kindness is greatly appreciated.

I wholeheartedly recommend Whitsyms and specifically Ben as the person who organized the home health aides and always made sure my mother was cared for. It was not easy either, there were constantly changing requests and honestly, my mother was a difficult client, but the staff never let us down and the individual caregivers were incredible, showing the patience and tenderness you would hope for. As I mentioned, my mother did not want help in her house until her final months (when she needed 24 hour care )and was not easy to work with; over four years we tried most of the agencies in the area and I feel very lucky that Whitsyms was recommended to me and they assigned the ideal health aide for her. I can not recommend them highly enough.
