My appointment was right on time , met with experienced doctor, she had review my medical records and ask the right questions to enable a good vocabulary / exchange between us. Within in minutes I had a test or so and within a half an hour results where determined and fortunately I was able just to go home and rest.

I had to go to immediate care and the doctor and nurses were extremely thorough, accommodating and thoughtful. All necessary tests and bloodwork were done immediately under one roof. That is a relief when you aren't feeling well.

Disappointing in many ways:
1)Error in scheduling appointment time(assigned a 4:45 appt and arrived to find out appt was put down as 5:15!)
2)After 45 min wait for appt., then waited over 1 hour in patient room once called back;
3)MD not listening and speaking loudly over me about random insignificant things.
4)Inaccurate treatment(offered steroids with no antibiotic even after sharing symptoms. Then dx with bronchitis, and told to WATCH FOR PNEUMONIA!
Needless to say 6 days later went to another physician and was prescribed antibiotics immediately(MD at WW informed me “insurance is cracking down on antibiotics prescribed)”! WOW
Hoping to help “fix” this situation to promote a higher standard of care in the future for other patients.

We have tricare prime but going to white Wilson is a more efficient and convenient experience than the AF base. Once checked in, it’s a fairly fast and smooth process from beginning to end and we’re very pleased!

Called to ask if they accepted my insurance and could see my son at the immediate care around 4pm. Since he was a new patient I was transferred to another number to register him, transferred two more times, and offered an appointment first thing the next morning because there were no appointments available that afternoon. We went to an urgent care further up the street and were seen immediately, but since White Wilson don't answer the phones from 5pm - 8am I was unable to cancel the 7:45 am appointment they gave me. So confusing, I probably shouldn't have called. Too bad because I live in their neighborhood, but it's so much easier to get treatment at any of the other urgent cares and walk in clinics up the road.

I tried making a urologist apt over the phone. Made 8 phone calls over 3 days trying to get someone on the phone. I was unable to do so, and finally made an online request on their portal. No phone call. No email. No text. Just a no show letter with a $25 fee. But when I actually make a appointment for blood work for 7am and I don't get called back till 10 am that's ok.

My wife took my son (3months old) to this clinic BEFORE they close. But they said too late (we arrived there over 30 mins earlier than close time!) and rejected to see my son.
I can't believe this clinic. Worst experience.

The absolute worst front administrative staff. Dealing with difficult situations with tact and professionalism is imperative in healthcare. This Niceville location lacks leadership that is able to carryout this principle. It’s unfortunate because the FWB location is ran with extreme efficiency and professionalism.
