I’m a long time patient of both the immediate care and Dr Cave’s office. I always booked appointments with Jennifer Bison but if my symptoms couldn’t wait I would trust and depend on the excellent staff next door to take care of me and my loved ones. In November my feet swelled up so I made the earliest appointment for 2 weeks later with Jennifer but knowing the seriousness I went to immediate Care to get checked. They recommended I go straight to an emergency room and I trusted them which saved my life. My heart was in Afib. Unfortunately the trust I had in these two medical offices is now gone forever. Connie and Michael each working in separate buildings both misdiagnosed my allergic reaction to antibiotics ran unnecessary test that I already had at the ER when I asked about an EKG I didn’t want I was told the results were fine even though I’m in Afib!!! I spent the evening in the phone with ER nurses trying to get a new antibiotics from Doctors who didn’t see me and finally one called it in for me. At one point Connie told me Michael treated my throat so she wasn’t going to. I had thrush and diarrhea a side affect which I googled myself and showed her because he didn’t remember to put the antibiotics I brought with me the day before in my appointment notes. Over a decade of trust and respect gone because two people let their egos become more important than a old woman’s health🤬

Connie Slaughter, APRN, and her team are phenomenal! We returned from vacation with the worst colds we’ve ever had. Turned out, we had pneumonia..From Madeline in reception to Emily and Mayson attending us and the thorough exam and diagnosis from Connie, we felt like we were family. While still on the road to recovery, we feel alive again. I’ve been to other local urgent/immediate care but APRN Slaughter and her team make me declare them #1! Thank you!🤗
Went back for followup and APRN Mitzi was amazing as well.

My children saw Dr. Parm and she is wonderful. She is a great pediatrician, super sweet, and was attentive to my child’s needs. It was my kids first time seeing her since we are new to the area. Dr. Parm’s nurse however was awful! The nurse yelled at me because my younger daughter was crying while she was trying to take my older daughter’s heart rate. She yelled “Can you make her be quiet I can’t do my work”. When I kindly asked her to be nice because my younger daughter has autism and has a hard time adjusting to new surroundings. She yells at me again and said “well your kids are new patients I didn’t know.” She then storms out of the room coming back 5 minutes later saying “now that she’s quiet I can finish my work.” I have never been treated so poorly by a nurse before. She was unprofessional and yelling at me was uncalled for. Someone with her attitude should not be allowed to work with children. I will not be coming back here and have changed my kids pediatrician!

I was nervous going in for my physical so I can keep my CDL current. Everything passed but my blood pressure was just a bit high on the low side. I asked if one of their nurses could take it again. They sent Lo in. It was amazing after she talked to me! I passed with flying colors! She could tell I'm not much of a people person but she calmed me right down! Lo's the best! Chinh Van MD, he was also amazing down to earth! Thank you guys for a pleasant experience!

I had my phone call transferred here for an immediate care appointment. After struggling before with over the phone appointments and people who didn’t seem to want to help/care this place was very refreshing. Abby was very helpful.

I needed a last second COVID test on a Saturday and they were the only one available. They told my wife over the phone they take Tricare Active Duty. False, they only are available to spouse and family. Fine, no problem, I opted to self pay. I was told that the cost was 206 dollars out of pocket. Cool, got the test and paid the bill. In the mail today I got a bill for 73 dollars and 50 cents because they say I should have paid 400 dollars. They claimed to give me a credit of 95 dollars but they need to honor the original agreed cost. In any other transaction this would be inflating the price after the fact. If I had known it would be so expensive, I would have walked out in the first place.

Took my son in for a potential broken ankle. Positives were that the front office staff was very kind and helpful, and he was seen quickly. But after that, it went downhill! The NP that came in was very short with her communication. After pressing all over his ankle and leg, which put him in great pain. She said she wanted to get x-rays. I was expecting a wheelchair to be brought in, but Nope! They made him walk all the way to x-ray and back...on a potentially broken ankle! She came back in, said we don't see anything broken, but will give him a boot. And she left! No explanation, no care plan, NOTHING!
I had to ask the nurse that came in to put the walking boot on, WHY are we getting this, what kind of care does he need at home, etc...thankfully, she was helpful and told us it was a bad sprain. Will NOT go back!
