This office has really had a serious decline in service and care. Communication is severely lacking between both the staff and patients and vice versa. Everyone that works there seems miserable and disconnected except the lab staff.

They simply don’t have patience or bedside manner you would expect from a longstanding multi location local facility.

After being worried that I wasn’t in good hands, I sought out another local primary care facility and doctor. I was lucky to have made the change when I did.

Their most current reviews all tell the same story, as do I’ll of the local community Facebook groups. There are so many posts describing their careless nonchalant attitudes exactly the way myself and a few friends and family have recalled it.

Their home office seems to process the complaints, but who knows if anyone is held accountable. I simply wouldn’t trust my health to them anymore. They’ve turned into a churn and burn medical facility.

Customer service is severely lacking in this location. An appointment request on their patient portal resulted in a voice mail stating that my appointment was set for the next morning. Luckily I was available so I kept the appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes late and waited in line to check in with receptionist. I was informed that I had missed my 15 minute window and had to reschedule. On the way to the following appointment i I was running behind again so I called at the scheduled appointment time and was asked to be put on hold. I literally held on the phone until I walked into the office. There was no line and only one person speaking with a receptionist. I showed the young lady that I was still on hold (14 minutes) waiting to inform them I was running behind. Still within the supposed 15 minute window I was again informed that I would have to reschedule, again! My fault for running late, but don't tell me I have a 15 minute window when that is clearly not true. Don't put me on hold and forget about me when I'm trying to be courteous and let you know I'm on the way. Maybe if you talked to me you could have saved me an hour drive for the second time just tell me I have to reschedule.

It’s in an ultra convenient location and they don’t seem too busy for a check up, but that’s where all their pros end.

CONS: that would is used without a pun intended, but is ultra applicable. This practice over codes intentionally. I went for an annual check up and explicitly stated I only wanted the services that were covered by my healthcare. The front desk and NP both said they understood. Next thing I know I have $150 in extra charges. My visit lasted 10 minutes and I was charged for two visits because they asked generic mental health questions, but then billed my insurance for a ‘behavioral visit’. I called them to rectify it and I was met with a snotty person in billing (her name started with a T). She acted like I was taking money out of her pocket for disputing it. She gave up disputing it back and forth with me, so she gave me her manager’s number named Holly. Holly has failed to return my calls nor my insurance company’s calls.

Additionally the staff is extremely slow to respond to online questions, which is their preferred method of communication.

Lastly their actual doctors are booked out over 7 months… so why even bother offering it. Clearly they care only for their bottom line.

I came in here !two! years ago in January of 2023 to establish care and receive medication I had already been prescribed previously. I had a very brief appointment, then I left. I paid a $25 co-pay, and gave them my insurance. They are now, two years later, sending me a bill of $116! I followed their recommendations to a T, my medication is also not anywhere near this expensive nor should my visit be.

My insurance should have covered this in full, which I do not have anymore because once again it has been two years! Now I have no recourse against my previous health insurance. They may want to re-think their business model if they have a two-year back-up. Not to mention the copious amounts of spam they sent to my email.

I feel the need to reiterate, I came into this place, ONCE, for a brief appointment for already prescribed maintenance medication, TWO YEARS AGO. Absurd.

Years of consistent medical care. My care here has been good. I have no plans to find a new primary care physician. Pros: Easy to make appointments, good atmosphere, personnel seem competent, well-utilized portal, clean, seems to meet standards of practice that I’ve seen elsewhere, most personnel are efficient, caring, and friendly. Cons: Sometimes I’ve been met with the modern medical attitude that if you’re not going to die from it, just let it be. Continuity is a little spotty, so like most modern medical places, you need to stay on top of things yourself. I don’t know that anyone else is doing any better. Generally speaking, I think they do a good job, especially given the difficult medical and insurance system they work in. More preventative care or education would be a nice improvement.

We’ve been with this clinic for over 20 years. The service is great. Doctors are awesome front desk, staff attentive, and punctual. I love that it doesn’t have a long wait. We’ve used Dr. Summers and Dr. Meeks they are outstanding and children oriented. They make your child feel comfortable, making them laugh Very attended to the needs of the children and explain things in detail so the parents can understand what they need to do for their children to keep them healthy .The nurses are great as well. This is an awesome place to take your family.

This is a VERY clean ,VERY friendly ,and VERY welcoming doctor’s office . Dr. Hoffman is AMAZING!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the proper healthcare and medication. The nursing staff responds very fast if you send a message through their very convenient patient portal . Appointments are made within 2 weeks to possibly a 30 days which is AWESOME 🤩 the dreadful six months out like these other doctors in our area 😩 and to put the cherry 🍒 on top you can book your appointments conveniently online or over the phone with no problem at all. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AND THIS CLINIC !

I have no issues with the actual providers but the receptionist are the least helpful and condescending staff I have ever met. They need a course in customer service. Twice I have had to cancel my appointment when all they needed to do was reach out to insurance company to verify the plan was active. I will be taking my family to a different provider solely because of their receptionist.
