Dr Yang has to be the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever seen. He’s definitely not there to help the patients. I’m not knocking the Clinic I’m only here to hopefully help the next person that might be in pain hoping for help…you will NOT get the care from Dr Yang. I’m fine with waiting 3 hours to be seen but I cannot accept a doctor that basically doesn’t care that you are in excruciating pain and haven’t slept for 3 nights because of the pain. He spent maybe 4 minutes with me, never even checked the area I came in for (knee) but basically told me take ibuprofen. I left in tears and having to go to the ER as the pain is way too much to bear. I always thought the doctor was there to help not the opposite. The experience can’t even be put into words. If you would’ve looked at my knee, he would’ve seen how much pain I was in.

The 1 star is specifically for Dr. Van. Front desk is great, nurses are great, but this is my second time seeing Dr. Van. First time with my son & now with my daughter. He’s insensitive, rushes you and doesn’t listen. Seems like he’s just skating through his profession. Not only have I had an issue, but my mother as well. He had her in tears one day with his insensitivity and even diagnosed her with COPD once (she doesn’t have COPD at all, she was sick at the time w a cough). I don't recommend him at all and will be sure to request anyone else but him if I ever need to go back for any reason. Dr. Mills is great though, I would recommend seeing him.

Dr. Van's bedside is crap. Wife goes up there in a lot of back pain. He tells her oh this is chronic back pain it's your fault. It's your car, your bed or you need a new job. Didn't even offer a day off of work just simply to rest... Horrible and insensitive. We definitely will not being seeing him again.

They always do their best for me and my son which means a lot considering the sheer volume of patients they see. I love that they tend to handle everything at the facility versus sending me all over town to different specialists. I've been with them for years and have always felt taken care of!

I'm BLOWN AWAY at how nice the office staff & nurses are at white Wilson immediate care! 🙌🏻😃🙌🏻 The front office lady Teresa was incredibly helpful setting up my doctors appointment, even though I’m from out of town.

Bailey the medical assistant was super friendly. Doctor Van and nurse Kim were WONDERFUL in helping treat my medical issues properly. Five stars for white Wilson immediate care!!! 🙌🏻

PS. Ft Walton Beach is lucky to have kind people caring for you and no wait times at white Wilson. In Atlanta / Roswell Georgia it’s VERY hard to get a doctors appointment anywhere - you have to wait for MONTHS!!!

What’s the point of taking appointments if you have to wait at least an hour after the appointment time. This isn’t except-able for any other business taking my money. You can’t even ask for a timeline.

Mrs Marie has to be the most unprofessional staff member I have ever met. Not only did she answer the phone in the utmost rude fashion, she couldn't figure out how to cancel an appointment, THEN she proceeds to text her boss/coworkers about me.... and mistakenly sends the texts to my personal phone number! So I get several messages directly from her about how rude I am and how she never even got my name or info! (Which she did)

I had an off putting experience at white Wilson immediate care because the dark haired male nurse seemed rude and was questioning me in a weird way.

My primary care is white Wilson but they only offer STD testing through immediate care is what I was told on the phone. So I made an appointment with immediate care and came in today 12/9/23 for said STD testing because I haven’t had one in over a year and wanted one for Peace of mind.

After I was brought into a doctors room I told the male nurse I don’t have many symptoms but wanted the STD test for peace of mind.
He then pulled me out of the room and abruptly asked me if I'm ok to which I replied - “am I ok with what “? He then said “no are you ok” to which I replied “yes of course”? He then proceeded to tell me that “No one gets STD tested for peace of mind.” That is completely inaccurate and unprofessional to tell a women she can’t get routine STD tested just because she wants to.
I believe that routine STD testing is extremely important so this definitely caught me off guard. I shouldn’t be questioned as if I didn’t specifically make this appointment to be STD tested.
It seemed like the way this male nurse was questioning me did not want to give me the STD testing I specifically made an appointment for.
Very weird and off putting as a women who is just trying to look out for my reproductive health.

***Update ****
I had an appointment at White Wilson with my primary and had to ask about my STD results because no one ever called me. The woman nurse (very nice) informed me that the male nurse from immediate care had wrote in their notes that he contacted me about my results. No one ever directly spoke with me on the phone from immediate care about my results. Very dissatisfied from my overall experience from immediate care. Luckily I was able to get my STD results from the nice female nurse at primary care.
