I have been going to White-Wilson for years and recently I have found the staff professionalism to have degraded. I took my wife (recently released from hospital) and found the following issues. 1st how about some courtesy, when calling for a patient address them by either Mr., Mrs., Ms. and if unsure use first and last name. Walking out and calling for someone by just their last name is either a military calling or just plain rude. 2nd when you know the patient is having a difficult time try to understand. Rushing to the scale and then a fast clip to the examination room is another sign that the patient needs are the last thing you can consider. 3rd and final courtesy and a smile to someone that is ill will go much further than being short and rude.

I'm going to chime in and say the same thing as the previous review. I have been in the ER twice due to my high blood pressure. I have followed up with appointments to White Wilson family practice and they have prescribed medications but only fulfilled half of them while the rest remain floating in the air. Repeated attempts to call these folk and have them return my call to my WORK PHONE have failed. They keep calling my personal phone even tho I give them my work number. I cannot have my personal phone at work due to security. I work on government and military projects.

I'm going to start billing White-Wilson for my ER visits due to my blood pressure since they can't seem to follow through with their patients.

They keep harping on about how important their patients care is but they do nothing about it. They might send a little note "We apologize" but that doesn't FIX the problem.

Every doctor they've ever had has quit or is quitting. They will not contact you in a timely manner to let you know this has screwed up appointments and insurance coverage.

Never fills prescriptions like they say they are going to do. Won’t return calls to patient or CVS!
