Very good Product with all the latest equipment and the staff is very knowledge on what they doing. The trigger point are very good and very helpful to me and the massages are very good. Also you need to give them a try because they are one of the best in the Fort Walton area and Shalimar. Dr. Persiani and his staff are fantastic. I highly recommend their services. Dr. Persiani is an excellent doctor who is easy to talk to and educates his clients on conditions and treatments. Charolette is a wonderful and compassionate case manager. Lisa is a gifted and talented massage therapist. They are extremely professional and thorough and I look forward to continue working with them throughout my recovery.
Update 11/2/23: I recently had trigger point injection therapy added. This has been very helpful and Lisa, the nurse practitioner, is very skilled, kind, and compassionate.

I have chronic health issues and have never felt so heard by a Dr before I came to WSIM. Dr. Persiani wanted to know about every single ache and pain I have. He took his time, was very thorough, and didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed. Most Drs dismiss my chronic pain complaints, not Dr. P! He sees his patients as MORE than a paycheck and it definitely shows in his patient care!

I LOVE this place!! Great vibe, Dr. Persiani really gets to the bottom of what’s going on w his patients and is also a very personable dynamic educator the way he explains things. They now offer stem cell therapy and it sounds Amazing - and simple. I don’t need it, but it sounds like the patients who are using are getting excellent results. They have a 25 minute video explaining the stem cell therapy and because I know people it may help, I m going back in the next couple weeks to watch it.

Office Manager Charlotte helped me get a last minute appointment in the decompression chair, and went above & beyond to make my experience great, as on previous visits. Lisa the massage therapist was there as well, I didn’t need a massage today, but super friendly person. I left feeling good physically and emotionally. SO glad I made the trip.!!
