My primary care physician referred me to Physical therapy.  I chose White Mountain Physical therapy at the Atrium. After having a second surgery on my left shoulder, I did not want to put up with pain or discomfort. After three months of PT, I worked with several therapists. Kyle, Justin and Hayden and a few of the young assistants who helped. They were so thorough and listened to me each time we met.

The therapist introduced me to many stretches and strengthening exercises which helped immensely. On the days off, I worked at home with what I had available. I really appreciate everyone there who helped me in my therapy. Their knowledge in every issue I had, we addressed it with the workouts in order to improve my condition. I'm making progress, It's not 100%, but much better. I still have a few more sessions this month. The care I received is outstanding. Thank you Kyle and Justin, who worked with me mostly. I'm forever grateful!

Lastly, the front office staff is kind and patient and always professional, I wouldn't consider anywhere else but White Mountain Physical Therapy at the Atrium in Lakeside Arizona.

White Mountain PT at the Atrium in Lakeside should be your first choice when needing PT. The staff is outstanding and worked with me to achieve me aggressive goals after having left knee total replacement surgery. At 4 weeks I hit my ROM and Flex goals and we moved to strength for my knee. Tomorrow is my last session focused on continuing rehab and strengthening on my own at a gym. PT is not fun but this PT crew keeps you smiling. Many thanks to Derek, Abrianna, Hayden, Kyle and a wonderful young lady I can’t spell her name ?. Umi at the front desk is super attentive and helpful.

I have had several surgeries over the years that required physical therapy. Each time, I've used White Mountain Physical Therapy-Atrium. The physical therapist and techs are extremely nice. Derek and Justin have been helping me with my latest knee replacement, and they have taken the time to explain and address some of the concerns I've had with my knee. I lovingly call WMPT, the torture chamber. I know and understand that the exercises and manipulation they do to our joints are for our benefit to get get our mobility back. I would highly recommend WMPT to anyone in need of PT.

I recently got a hip replacement and I was trying to do physical therapy in the area where I was recuperating. I live about 90 minutes away. I had both the referral and the authorization for physical therapy from the doctor. They hadn't received anything from my insurance yet. They seemed unwilling to contact my insurance directly and they couldn't guarantee that I would be able to go to the physical therapy location near my house, their sister location. Which I was originally told wouldn't be a problem. All I needed was the get some exercises that I could do at home. Very poor customer service. Hopefully the physical therapists are better than the people I spoke to on the phone. Not a way to get business. Disappointed veteran.

I am very impressed with White Mountain Physical Therapy-Atrium. The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding to all the patient needs. The equipment seems to be top of the line and in excellent working condition. In the past I have been to other physical therapy places and I can honestly say that White Mountain Physical Therapy is the best I have ever been to.
