The staff at the front desk are polite and helpful with everyone coming in the door. Dr. Vranic was able to help my husband when 2 other vascular centers turned him away. He has done a fantastic job to relieve my husband's circulation issues in his legs.

The place is a meat factory. They don't care about your health they just want to perform more and more test to run your billing up. If you have a procedure it's the only time you will see a doctor. After that NP or a technician will see you. If you ask for an appointment with a doctor you are told not available. If you disagree with the NP she will run and get the office manager and she will tell you off. Plenty of vascular doctors and surgeons in Mesa you need to select anyone but these doctors and staff.

I’ve dealt with many billing departments and am not the most pleasant person to deal with. But I have to say, no matter what issue I call about, I always receive the best customer service from WVI billing department .They are quick to find and resolve any issue I have and are always happy to help.

I had a fantastic experience at Western Vascular Institute. The staff were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Krcelic was both knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to explain my condition and treatment options thoroughly, making me feel well-informed and at ease. The office was clean and the follow-up care was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone needing vascular care!

Took a family member for outpatient surgical care. Efficient front desk, although doctor was running behind a bit, care was taken and not rushed. Post op, Davina provided all pert info as needed, was caring and knowledgeable with all questions. Would recommend.

I LOVE this facility! I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude from the front office. The staff is always very kind and compassionate to my concerns. Dr. Krcelic is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. His bedside manner makes me feel very comfortable. It feels good to have a Doctor that I know I can trust with my medical care. My boyfriend sees Dr. Calarese and he was very happy with his care as well. We feel as though our medical needs are truly addressed here. THANK YOU Western Vascular!

I have had a great experience with this particular office the last 2 times I have come here, but a call I received yesterday was very troubling to me. Without going into too much detail I received a call regarding a referral they had made and wanted to see If I had made an appt with a new doctor. I had decided to keep my old one (since the new one scheduled me out until January 2025) and he had advised I get a second Ultrasound with this office, because I had my first one here, so that it could be compared for blood clots. Which to me makes sense. The girl on the phone seemed new but was really nice, then some woman took the phone from her and was very rude, berating me on why I would need to be seen by their office If I already had a hematologist and if they scheduled me for a blood clot specialist (probably because its serious enough to go to a specialist) then I should just go there. My hematologist should call them to expedite the appt. (which they did and I am on a call out list) but in the meantime since its months out I do not want to just ignore something that I DEEM to be serious. I don't care about your office politics or drama. I care about my life and the people I leave behind if something happens to me in my 30's. This woman was SO RUDE!! I mean, it put a funk in the rest of my day and THEY CALLED ME that morning (9/14). I am still in disbelief and after telling my family about it they could not believe it either. You know, if you don't like your job in healthcare or cannot be kind and nice, then find something else. People come to you for help, not a bad attitude in the guise of being "professional". I feel I am owed an apology since they called me knowing they could not do anything, then funked up my day. Just not right.

You say that, yet nobody has reached out to me or asked me to reach out. I REALLY needed for this procedure to be done. It really set my healthcare back. Thank you for the generic response though. it really shows how much "caring" there really is.
