OMG! Run for the hills. If it is not their network with Simply then they are like turtles to get a referral. I feel sorry for the seniors that are manipulated to use their network instead of waiting on a referral. I wanted to talk to the person in charge of the referrals and the representative said she did not know her name. I asked for the headquarters number so I can talk to them and she said you are calling the main office but I don't know the name. Is that possible? The rep works in the same building and does not know the name of the person that signs the referrals. The lesson learned avoid health care that want to force you to use their own network and not the doctor of your choice.

Wife had surgery and stayed the night. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the hospital we have nothing but praise for the Doctor and the supporting staff.

Hoy 8/23/23 estuve ahi para una colonoscopia, me citaron para 6 am, porque yo llame a averiguar la hora, no me informaron nada mas, ya habia hablado con el dr el dia antes sobre la preparacion y me tuvieron sentada en el lobby hasta 9 am porque pedi hablar con un supervisor, pasaron a todo el grupo de esa hora, me explicaron que se habian tardadado conmigo porque no habia contestado la llamada de la enfermera el dia anterior, llamada que nunca hicieron, me senti muy mal y maltratada por una enfefmera que trabaja en la sala de conolospia porque cuando le explico que no me hicieron la llamada ella deciendo que si, que se llaman tres veces y dejan mensajes de voz, nunca fue asi, me dijo bueno señora asi no vamos a llegar a nada me dio la espalda y se marchó, muy mala atencion por su parte y responsabilizandome de su mal trabajo!!
