Took my aunt to her appointment last week. Thought about it all week and made the call to swap primary. Big decision on my part after 10+ years with one in Malvern that I continued to go to even after I moved away. But the home town feel a they were so thorough throughout her appointment. They even remembered the small things that weren't in her chart like her daughters name her pets name and that she liked to b picked on to make her less nervous. Well my new patient appointment is today

I called needing an appointment for suspected shingles on my hands, neck and face. The phone rang eight times. Someone lifted the receiver and immediately disconnected the call. I called back. The phone rang 4 times and was picked up and disconnected again. I called a third time and was immediately asked could I be placed on hold. I asked for the office manager. I was placed on hold and then told that Deana was busy and would return my call. The office manager, Deana, promptly returned my call and says she believes it was an accident because”the phones are going crazy and there’s only two girls up front”. I will not be using this physician nor this clinic. Hanging up on a customer once after eight rings MAY be an accident but hanging up on someone twice and then immediately asking to place you on hold the third time is NOT an accident. It’s poor management. I wonder if Dr Parrish is aware of how his employees ‘up front’ are representing his office?
