I had a wonderful experience at West Plains Dental today. The staff is friendly. The office is nice and bright and very welcoming. The hygienist I had was great! My cleaning was the best experience I have ever had! She is so gental and efficient. Dr. Rud was nice and professional.

Dr. and staff were professional, respectful, and friendly. They took the time to make me feel valued. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly. I’m very confident in the work they do. Great service!! Super friendly staff. I came in with my 5 months old and while she started to get fussy, they took care of her while I got my cleaning done and got her a total . As a mom, I really appreciate that. The dentist and owner is very friendly, made sure he got to know me a little before checking my mouth. Can’t wait for my second cleaning .

Warm and friendly staff. I felt right at home. I was in need of an emergency filling and was in and out in 30 minutes. Came back for a cleaning and was out in about 45 minutes. It would have been quicker if I could have stopped talking lol. Such great people and amazing work here. I highly recommend West Plains Dental.

I started going here regularly 8 years ago. I chipped my front tooth after moving to Spokane and hadn’t found a dentist yet. The boss man stayed after hours to evaluate and fix my tooth. Been loyal to them ever since. First going to the downtown location. Then in Airway Heights off of highway 2. Now I go to the location just off the freeway on Aero Road. Dr. McKennon is legit and as cool as them come. Kayla runs the front desk, and even when I’m late holds my spot because she knows I’ll be there. Staci has been my hygienist since day one. She’s caring, compassionate, and the best at what she does. I would use this crew if I lived in Idaho, Western WA, or Northern Oregon. They’d be worth the drive.

I had a wonderful experience at Westplains Dental. An old filling fell out from a many years past dental visit and they got me in within a few days.
All of the employees are friendly and professional. I’ve been using this office for many years and they’ve been helpful during regular visits and unexpected necessary ones. The office is always clean and welcoming. I strongly suggest calling for an appointment if you are in need of an excellent dental experience.
