Had my first appointment on December 13th 2024. I had annual testing done at this appointment. Asked about weight loss medication help, was told to make a Telehealth appointment with the Dr. (I was seeing the PA.) - Had also explained I just started a new job and didn't want to take time off so this is what she suggested. Come January, no test results available, get a call from the office that there was not enough specimen for the lab to run the testing, so I would need to come back to redo. (frustrating because of the new employment situation) so just decided to disregard that for the time being... had Telehealth appt with the Dr. January 16th. She explained she would speak with my cardiologist and then let me know if she would be prescribing medication. It's March 22nd- I've been calling since the January appointment asking for update. Get a message back just to ask to come back in for another appointment. No thank you!! Oh and to add, my results from the lab test came back on March 7th through quest - pretty sure someone just lost my specimen and used the excuse of "not enough was collected" .. If not enough was collected, how did they end up sending me negative results?

I had an awful first and only experience that left me depressed and crying for the rest of the day of my appointment. I’ve never felt more shame in my life- a need to over-explain myself over simply just trying to exist through my pregnancy. Judgmental questions about the father (who refused to miss a single appointment until recently) I told them he’ll be here in a month but needs to be out of state due to work and they just scoffed at me. Among snide remarks about the weight I’ve gained during pregnancy (I was a healthy weight before my pregnancy too). But hey I’m pregnant, and weight isn’t always predictable during pregnancy. Then she kept insisting I may have diabetes. I do not have any form of diabetes and the glucose test confirmed that I also do not have gestational diabetes, so what gives? I felt like I was in a police interrogation room like she was trying to catch me in some sort of lie. I couldn’t even coherently speak because I was so upset from holding back tears, when I was trying to answer a question, she would turn to my mother almost disapprovingly. My mom also works in healthcare and she was pretty amazed that I was being treated that way. I left the appointment feeling more like an incubator rather than a human being- the doctor seemed disappointed while admitting my baby and I were very healthy. What a terrible first impression to give. The receptionists were incredibly lovely. I wish I had had a positive experience like the other reviewers here.

I saw Dr. Oloufa as a new patient with a problem. An ultrasound was required. Jennifer, the tech, was a great first contact as she was kind, gentle and cheerful. Dr. Oloufa herself was thorough, making sure that I understood the results, involved me in treatment decisions, and asked more than once if I had questions. I would highly recommend her.

I had my first appointment here for my third baby. Everyone from reception, ultrasound, and Dr. Oloufa were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I didn't know how far along in my pregnancy I was (it's a long story), because of this my previous OBGYNs didn't want to take me, and all the other 5 different offices I called said no to me. This office opened it's doors for me and now I know I'm 11 weeks pregnant. They have scheduled all my appointments up to my due date, and are moving fast to get all my tests done fast. So far I can say I'm very pleased and extremely thankful for taking care of me and my baby. This is my third baby and I have two healthy kids at home, I had normal pregnancies before, but now I'm 35 and considered more at risk because of my age. Anyway, I'm so glad my primary care physician referred me to this office.

Best OBGYN ever! Pregnancy can be stressful. I have had many ups and downs. I am so thankful for the support and care I have received from this medical team. Dr. Oloufa and her team are amazing. I would never go anywhere else after experiencing this kind of care. They always make me feel heard and respected at every appointment. From the front office staff to the medical team this practice really stands out compared to all others. I would highly recommend this practice to any woman in the area!!
