Dr. Brittany Lacy and her staff are hands down the best there is. I had a mass on a parathyroid and Brittany made sure I was taken care of at UAMS. I also came to her needing a prescription for a prosthetic, the insurance gave her the runaround and again went out of her way to take care of me. Plus as long as you have a sense of humor you'll love the staff. Highly recommended. Make sure you tell them one legged superman sent you.

When it comes to healthcare, I used to say healthdoesnotcare, this changed after becoming a patient of Brittany Lacy. At the beginning of this year, I was diagnosed with a terminal illness from WebMD, after visiting Dr. Lacy I discovered it was just an infection and that I was going to live! Dr Parish is a super guy but the office manager and the lady that does the allergy testing leave a lot to be desired. She had a attitude from the time i walked in the door until i left, without getting allergy tested. Then called the office manager to complain and she was worse than the other lady. If you dont need allergy testing done then will be a great place for you unless you have a problem then you are screwed.

Dr.Casey Powells beside manner is horrible I have been suffering and in pain for 6 days and she has no symptoms or compassion for people in pain and suffering . The office manger is just a rude and has no compassion I have been seeing Dr.Oxner since I was 18 and I am now 33 he has since retired and I was switched to Casey Powell not a REAL DOCTOR but a nurse she is horrible as well as Amy Reeves, Dr.Parrish is great if he is available.

One of the girls at the first desk was nice but the other one I told her I had insurance through my job but she kept saying we not taking medicaid cause the first 2 times I told her I dont have that I have it going through my job but I wont be back ever

Very very disappointed in this office the manager as well as britney lacy ,,,there confused about the fact that they work for you !! Among other things ,these nurse practitioners need to learn a little more ..
